Biliknya sempit dan kotor. Tetamu dan kaunter penerimaan tetamu terjebak di luar selama 10 minit sejak pintu dikunci.
Pergi ke sini untuk menulis peperiksaan tetapi lebih suka memilih hotel yang lebih baik.

Heating system (winter time) not adequate - heating the space between drape and window not the ROOM. Felt cold. No 2nd blanket available in room.
Stayed for 2 nights - Bed not made nor sheets changed - not aware that you had to request this until after the fact.
Didn't like the area too much - too much activity outside on a Saturday night.

Staff was excellent. Very nice and helpful. Breakfast was great.Room was tight with big furniture. Room was dated and well worn. Enamel was worn off the bottom of the tub. Close to White Oaks mall and if you are looking for just a place to rest your head. This establishment is worth looking at.

Basic Comfort Inn with usual breakfast. Room was mostly clean, the tub was old and not suitable for a bath. Bathroom door wouldn’t close/lock properly. Gross stain on couch, I told staff when leaving, they said they would check it out. Bed leaned to the middle. We had to walk the entire 3 section to our room, no trolley to help with luggage, no elevator.

Unfortunately our assessment and rating is primarily based on the lack of cleanliness and the matter of not carrying out any room service (because we didn’t ask for this)! As I was preparing to leave the room to check out I noticed a plastic bottle under the bed which appeared to be half filled with “tobacco spittal”, which had obviously been missed by the room service team. It was also apparent that the area under the bed had not been cleaned for a long time!
The location was suitable.

The hotel room was clean and comfortable. Very quiet for sleeping which was nice. Lots of choices at breakfast. It was a good stay.
