Hotel berhampiran 10 Downing Street di London

Lokasi hotel sangat bagus. Ia berada di Sungai Thames, dan No. 10 Downing Street berada di belakangnya. Keselamatan pasti tidak boleh dikatakan, dan persekitaran di sekitarnya juga sangat luar biasa. Anda dapat melihat London Eye secara langsung dari bilik yang anda tempah, tetapi hotel itu sendiri mempunyai usia. Balkon agak tertekan kerana pagar terlalu rendah dan tingkap tidak dapat dibuka sepenuhnya. Sangat mengejutkan apabila terdapat sebotol air panas di kemudahan sokongan hotel. Terdapat selipar, syampu dan perapi yang sepadan. Biru adalah syampu dan putih adalah perapi. Syampu yang sangat tua dan murah. Keringkan. Tiada berus gigi atau gel mandi. Deposit sebanyak 60 paun diperlukan untuk daftar masuk, dan semua perbelanjaan semasa proses daftar masuk akan ditolak dari deposit. Saya minum dua botol air dan makan sarapan yang berharga 23 paun. Sarapan pagi mesti 17 paun. Sarapan pagi biasa. Anda boleh mencuba sarapan Inggeris. Terdapat dua gerai untuk berkomunikasi dengan kaunter penerimaan tetamu semasa waktu makan (7:30 dan 10:00). Tidak banyak tempat untuk bersarapan di kawasan sekitarnya, dan anda harus berjalan kaki jauh. Tidak ada dewan dari pret terdekat. Makan memang memalukan. Sebenarnya sangat selamat untuk berjalan-jalan pada waktu malam. Ini adalah pilihan yang baik untuk melihat Istana Buckingham dan Big Ben. Bangun keesokan harinya dan buat temu janji terlebih dahulu untuk melihat Van Gogh Monet di Galeri Nasional. Hotel ini sangat dekat dengan tarikan di pusat bandar. Dianjurkan untuk berjalan di Chinatown dan Regent Street. Teksi semuanya sehala dan akan sangat perlahan.

Staff were very helpful and friendly. I got upgraded free to the refurbished room from the classic room I booked. Small room and bathroom but with great facilities, a window that works and blinds plus curtains that block out the light. A little noisy because of the street down below but not bad. The room had a nice new AC unit and the shower pressure was very strong, maybe a little too strong with no clear way to reduce the pressure (it's either on or off).

這次住在倫敦很滿意，價格不貴，地理位置極佳，出門就是白金漢宮，我們正好趕巧看到衛兵換崗儀式。沒走多久就是熱鬧的攝政街，很滿意。 房間也很新，東西齊全，拖鞋、浴帽和棉花棒都有，水供應充足，非常喜歡他家茶包。開完床還有巧克力。早餐也是半自助式，味道還行，有煙熏三文魚我喜歡。周末大倫敦這個價格很合理，還會再來。

Excelente hotel! Amazing location, clean, wide rooms, microwave, dish washer, cutlery, and more. 2’ from the underground, and the british museum. We’ll be back for sure El hotel es excelente, ubicación inmejorable! Las habitaciones son amplias, limpias y super equipadas (microondas, platos, cocina…) y esta a dos minutos caminando del Museo Britanico y de estaciones de metro. Por el precio, y para su ubicacion, muy genial

The room was nice. The location is really superb. However, the check-in process took too long, around one and a half hours which it should not be that long when you have 4-5 receptionist there. The staffs is polite and helpful.

We stayed at the Marriott County Hall just before the Easter weekend and had the most amazing stay! The hotel was perfect for us, it was clean, in a great location and staff were so so helpful! Every member of staff we spoke to made us feel so welcome. The bedrooms are well designed with plenty of space. The bathroom was perfect and we really liked the Molton Brown toiletries in the bathroom. We loved every minute of our stay at this hotel and couldn’t recommend it more! I really hope to return again in the future!!

Very nice Hotel in a good location with good tube access for popular sightseeing attractions. . The hotel was very clean and tidy and the rooms were very nice and spacious too. Breakfast was very good with a good variety to choose from. Would definitely stay here again

特別棒的酒店

I was looking at the Biltmore and the Waldorf but decided to stay at the Trafalgar as they have bigger rooms than the Biltmore and the Waldorf looks like it is in desperate need of an upgrade. Everyone was very polite and helpful apart from one staff member, more on that later. I was upgraded to a Suite on arrival but requested a toom with two beds instead which was granted. The Nelson double room is very spacious and modern. It faintly smelled of mothballs whenever you entered the room and the smell then quickly disappeared. We noticed that one of the beds was sagged in the middle and this was very quickly resolved by the maintenance team and was not an issue for us at all. The only reason i mention it in my review is because Alejandra apologised a thousand times for this “inconvenience” and even send us Macaroons and drinks to the room as an apology. During checkout, Alejandra apologised again and made sure our stay was perfect. There was a key card under the bed which was covered with dust as was the carpet under the bed. Cleanliness regarding this could obviously be better as dust can trigger allergies. The service of the staff at Trafalgar is above that of all other Hilton properties in London and certainly a step above from general hospitality service in Europe. I would give the service at Trafalgar a 9 based on European standards and a 7 based on Middle-Eastern and Asian standards. Breakfast was so highly rated in many reviews of this hotel which also influenced my choice, i was expecting an absolute feast. Unfortunately, breakfast was quite disappointing for us. Staff was great apart from someone who i can only describe as a North-African young woman with shoulder length curls who did not want to give us one of the three empty tables available in the Breakfast room with only 40 minutes available for Breakfast as she was keeping those for families of 7. This is rather absurd and we ended up taking one of the tables anyway as i wasn’t going to sit where she suggested which was away from everyone else. Breakfast in any hotel, especially 5* is always based on first come, first serve. You can’t deny your guest seating space at breakfast as if you were running a dinner service. Vegan options are very, very limited. Fruit selection is even more basic than what you can get at any supermarket in London. There was only Cantaloupe, Watermelon and Pineapple. There were Apples and Bananas for grabs but that is still not enough. Pastries are miniatures which is really shameful for a breakfast buffet. Only sausages available were Pork, no vegan and no Chicken so unfortunately no sausages for me. It’s basically a full English and that’s it. You could order A-La-Carte but that wasn’t special either. We had Amex Platinum credit so we used that for one of the dishes which was not special for the £15 asking price. Room service was basic as well. Food arrived with a very friendly staff member but it was slightly cold. All in all it’s a good hotel fo

艾迪遜一如既往的好，品質如此。倫敦的酒店太貴了，所以定了最便宜的房型。壞處是，窗戶外麪沒有景色。這家很有感覺，入口很漂亮，但是周圍晚上酒吧很多，如果徒步挺嚇人的。洗護用品依舊是le labo特別定製，早上樓下都是咖啡味，晚上回來有le labo the noir的味道，很舒服。房間備品齊全，廁所是全包圍淋雨，有備礦泉水。燈的開關也很精緻。
