Ia adalah tempat terbaik untuk tinggal di UK selama 2 minggu. Lokasi yang tenang di jalan yang sibuk Semua stesen bas, tiub (kereta api bawah tanah) dan kereta api tersedia dalam masa 10-15 minit berjalan kaki Berdekatan dengan restoran dan kedai kopi berdekatan (terutamanya pengurus Pret A) Malah Chimaek terletak berhampiran dengan ***a Korea. Muzium British dalam jarak berjalan kaki Pembersihan bilik harian Saya tidak meninggalkan tip, saya minta maaf ruang 1 katil double meja kerusi almari tandas ruang yang luas Tandas, tiada kotoran, tiada bau, air yang baik dan longkang dengan baik Terdapat tingkap di atas katil untuk membolehkan pengudaraan. Ia adalah musim sejuk, dan ia bagus kerana ia tidak terlalu sejuk dan tidak kering.

We were in London for my step-son to donate his stem cells to Anthony Nolan. This hotel was the absolute ideal location for us getting to and from the hospital. Location: 15 minute uber from Kings cross. 10 minute walk from Madame Tussauds and Regent's Park. Plenty of restaurants and pubs nearby. The Metropolitan (next to Tussauds) was lovely for dinner. Baker Street underground here also. Check in: smooth and quick. Staff were lovely. Check out: easy and quick. Restaurant: Beautiful. We only ate breakfast, which was your usual buffet, cereal, pancakes, toast, yogurts, fruit etc. Food was delicious and the staff very helpful. Room: lovely, spacious, clean and quiet. There was a desk, tea/coffee making facilities, hairdryer and shower gel/shampoo. If you forget any toiletries, speak to reception. We forgot our toothbrushes and they hotel provided these for us. Bathroom was spotless (shower isn't very powerful). There are plenty lifts to get you to your room. The lift requires you to tap your key card to make it move (we had a laugh as we didn't realise this). We ended up having to stay an extra night in London. When speaking to the hotel, they could give us an additional night for £400. I definitely wouldn't pay that for 1 night, but if you can get a cheaper rate, we recommend this hotel.

As a seasoned Diamond Elite traveller with IHG, I thought the rooms were dated and could do with an little upgrade. Simple things like USB plugs, which are pretty standard in most IHG hotels etc. Our initial room was on the 5th floor and we were not advised the A/C was not working. A short phone call with Swathy and she sorted us out with an alternative room….Great service. Just a note to add - you can here the tube line if you’re on the lower floors, so bear that in mind if you’re a light sleeper.

My booking experience for 2 adults and 2 children. A Massive queen bed and sofa bed which was more than adequate. Lovely warm welcome at the reception desk, the kids were given vouchers to get a treat from the dining area which was a nice welcome gesture. There is on site parking which we paid £12 for around 24hrs. The biggest thing we needed was the swimming pool access, which is FREE!! And open from 7am -til late at night. There is also a sauna and steam room included. The high street is walking distance and jam packed with food Places. Morning breakfast was very good, all fresh tasty and a good easy layout. Overall absolutely fantastic, if the Location works for you then this hotel is an absolute must 😊

I have been staying at the Holiday Inn in Camden on and off for a few years now (before and after COVID) and have seen it change management a couple of times over the years and remained loyal as it works as a great location. However over the past few months there has been a noticeable change in the customer experience and I must say it makes this place special. They understand their customers, adapt to each of their needs, can never do enough for you and are just so delighted to see you and welcome you to the hotel. Whilst the whole team have impressed me, I must call out Bianca who is sensational, her level of customer expeience is as good if not better than any I have experienced over my years travelling across countries. Thank you to Bianca and the whole team

I was very disappointed that the WIFI didn't work throughout my whole stay I did tell them the issue they did move my room but the room they moved me too had no WiFi either. As a proffesional trader Internet connection is needed especially when they stated before the room was booked that they do provide working WiFi.
