Nice hotel, friendly staff, good location, easy to check in and check out

Beds were too short for someone 190 cm talll and one of the nights was a bit cold. Apart of that everything else was absolutely fine! Location very good as it is a short walk from Tower bridge and very closed to Aldgate and Tower Hill underground stations.. I definitely recommend!

I like the hotel. Clean, roomy, with big windows, wooden desk and wardrobe. The TV is nice too. It has the setting that is like home.

타워브리지 5분 거리여서 좋았고 4시까지 룸클리닝 있으니까 그 전에만 카운터에 치워달라고 얘기하고 나가면 치워줌. 수건도 넉넉하게 주는데 살짝 방음이 안되는게 감점

This hotel did everything it claimed to. It had all the facilities we needed as a family, the rooms were clean and comfortable and I appreciated the ability to buy a drink at the bar and take it back to my room. Breakfast was good. Location was perfect.

This hotel was a great price for Our 3 night stay to explore London. Very close to the Tower of London and Tower Bridge and a short walk to several tube stations. Despite being very close to a rail line it was incredibly quiet in the spacious family room. Breakfast was typical of premier inn but I personally thought it was one of the best premier inn breakfasts we’ve had. I’d definitely use this hotel again for a trip to London.

The staff were friendly. The room was spacious it was next to a railway line serving DLR and a railway line I did hear some noise but it didn't bother me I did have an issue with the TV it wouldn't switch on via the remote so I went down to the reception and told them it was sorted within a few hours (busy time) the person name who helped me with the issue was Jamaal

First time staying at this Premier Inn after staying at various others. Visiting Wembley Stadium so wanted a central hotel to do other tourist things too, this turned out to be an ideal location, about 20 mins in the tube to most popular sight seeing places. Modern Premier Inn decor, large room for 2 single beds (twin room) could’ve had a sofa in there the space was big. No parking here so I parked somewhere else for the weekend and travelled in by train. A few minutes walk from Tower Hill tube station was ideal, a 10 minute walk from Aldgate tube. Only gripe was the small entrance where smokers gathered so having to walk through a cloud of smoke to get into the hotel wasn’t great. Despite this minor fault I would definitely stay here again!

I regularly stay in Premier Inn for convenience, comfort and service, but on this occasion Premier Inn went above and beyond. I came down to London to run in the Big Half Marathon and chose the location as it was close to the start and wanted a good nights sleep. On checking out the next day and leaving my bag to collect later i was delighted to learn that Premier Inn had set aside a couple of rooms for runners to change and freshen up in after the race. That really is exceptional service.

Have stayed here before and past experience was perfect. This time I had a room next to train tracks which I didn’t realise until I was woken by the rumbling and vibrations in the early hours. Every time I was about to drop back off to sleep another train would come by. I will stay here again but would be requesting a room not by the train tracks. The staff and food were great and location even better less than 5 min from Tower of London and that whole area around the tower and tower bridge is lovely

Not stopped here before, but will definitely come back again. Lovely, friendly staff, very clean and well maintained. Great location.

What can I say typical northerner got lost in London and went to the wrong premier inn so you can imagine by the time I got to the right one we was warm tired hungry . But was was greated with the warmest smile by the receptionist where I explain what had happen . We had a laugh a joke about to . The staff were lovely the room what can I say was soo nice . A the breakfast I would absolutely recommend as it was all you can eat an it had so many choices i be here all day if I said them all . I say of your walking all day the breakfast is a must .

What a great find. Rooms were great and whole location and comfort was great for our trip to London. Would look to stay again. Staff were amazing particularly the young guy on reception 22/08/24. Nothing was too much trouble and made ou stay even better. Thank you
