My stay at Premier Inn London Beckton was nothing short of amazing! From the moment I arrived, the staff made me feel incredibly welcome with their warm and friendly demeanor. The room was spotless, spacious, and equipped with all the essentials for a comfortable stay. The bed was exceptionally cozy—true to Premier Inn’s reputation—and ensured a restful night’s sleep. The temperature control in the room was perfect, and the blackout curtains were a nice touch. The hotel’s location is fantastic, with the DLR station just a short walk away, making it super convenient to get into central London. Despite its proximity to transport links, the hotel itself was quiet and peaceful. Breakfast was delicious and offered a great variety of hot and cold options. I also appreciated the ample parking and the smooth check-in and check-out process. Premier Inn London Beckton is an excellent choice for anyone visiting London, whether for business or leisure. Great value for money and exceptional service—I’ll definitely be returning!

Hotel is 360 degrees worth. Room, service, food, location: very good. From Heathrow airport take Elisabeth line + light train, walk 100 mt and you are arrived. To Stansted airport take the bus at 100 mt and in 20min you are at Stratford station. Walk for 100 mt and you are connected with the City. Strongly suggested.

The service staff were friendly.

The hotel is just a 4-minute walk from DLR Beckton. The hotel has only one restaurant serving breakfast, lunch and dinner. The closest shops are McDonald's, Asda supermarket, Li Tao Yuan Restaurant and other small shops within a 6-minute walk. If the hotel needs to clean the room, it must notify the front desk before noon that day. As a result, after the notification, I returned to the room that night and found that the room was not cleaned. In addition, the front desk staff has a good attitude and is willing to answer guests' questions.

Very clean and tidy, very close to the bus station, very convenient

Travelled from Cornwall with family and teenage children. The rooms were not ready, so we had no choice but to leave our luggage in the secure boot of our car. We parked directly under CCTV, thinking it would be fine. Returned later that evening to find the windows smashed and belongings gone!!!!! My teenage daughter is still traumatised by this whole experience now! Stay at your own risk! After much investigation, it seems like this is a regular occurrence here.

The altitude and helpfulness of Alexandra and Bella was exemplary. Very helpful, friendly and I will be staying again.

I stayed in a single room and had a great experience. The room was nicely decorated, well maintained, and the bed was comfortable as always. Tea and coffee facilities were provided, and there are vending machines in reception. The hotel also provides the usual hot food, drinks, and snacks. The hotel is opposite a small shopping centre with a large Asda superstore, McDonald’s, and other handy options. It’s also just a five minute drive from the Tereza Joanne, which was ideal as that’s where I went out for the night. Premier Inn is one of my favourite budget hotel chains, and I’ll definitely be staying again.

Bela and Alexandra were very welcoming and helpful. Definitely the best service I have ever had saying in a hotel, just all around lovely.

Great location with an attached brewers fare restaurant.Rooms were clean check in was smooth. The only down side parking us expensive seen it go up over the years, also on entering the car park there is a big dip. Careful it damaged underneath my number.

Good location for access to transport to central London, rooms clean, parking available if, staff work hard could do with afew more of them of an evening in bar/restaurant of an evening, breakfast was good staff constantly refilling and cooked breakfast hot, sadly coffee machine not working at breakfast plus evening meal not able due to availability to have first choice of meal we picked out, overall a good stay

The Premier Inn at Beckton is excellent. Good value, clean and with pleasant staff. Good eating facilities. Well served by car parking and public transport, DLR & Buses.

Highly recommended! My friend and I stayed at the London Beckton overnight on 17.12.25 and will definitely be staying there again next year. The hotel is ideally situated for London Excel as the DLR train station is only a couple of minutes walk away. Hotel staff were extremely welcoming and helpful, the rooms were immaculate and the beds were very comfortable. The restaurant staff were also friendly and helpful and the breakfast was lovely.
