Ulasan The Westminster London, Curio Collection by Hilton

Our stay at The Westminster was disappointing and far below the standard expected of a Hilton Curio Collection property. The bathroom was poorly maintained, with a leaking shower causing water to soak the floor and severe wood rot at the door frame. The showerhead was covered in limescale, and the overall hygiene and upkeep were unacceptable. The rest of the room also fell short. The oversized sink wasted space, the closet offered little usable storage, the safe was too small for a laptop, and the mini-fridge was empty. Combined with indifferent service and a cold, uninviting bar atmosphere, the experience did not reflect the premium brand Hilton promises. I hope these issues are addressed to improve future stays.

Super comfy bed. I really enjoyed my 3 days stay there. Valued for money and definitely will stay again when visiting London.

Expensive but worth the money Very unique in every aspect I intended to stay here four days and ended up staying here a whole month The breakfast is remarkable. Unbelievably good smoked fish for breakfast. Chia seeds, etc.. The restaurant is very sophisticated and for example, doesn’t serve desserts not to tempt you with calories if you want desserts you have to go to the first floor café. Very clever. The bar is very lively Extremely interesting guest many from overseas I’m from Hawaii. I know hotels. This one is really an experience and it is one block from the river Thames It’s really feels like a five star hotel

New and elegant, if you want more room space with this price , you should choose this hotel

Nice hotel with wonderful staff. We were greeted with smiles and a helpful attitude.

Great hotel. Room was compact but had everything I needed, including coffee machine, iron and water dispenser close to the lifts on each floor. Bed and pillows were very comfortable and I managed to get a good night's sleep on both nights I was there. Staff were very friendly. Breakfast was very good and staff were very friendly and efficient in getting me to a table. Food quality was great and there was a chef making omelette, fried eggs, etc. The Westminster underground station was 10-15 mins walk and Pimlico was 10 mins walk. There weren't many shops near by, but overall a great stay.

Lovely, modern hotel. Not much in the area but pretty central and easy to get to Soho etc 😊

Nice hotel,, good location. Allowing guests to go into breakfast in pyjamas means it’s not a hotel for me next time. Likewise lack of table service for tea and coffee at breakfast meant it was below par. Breakfast itself offered a large array of items but if you didn’t get something freshly cooked it was cold to lukewarm in temperature, the bacon was grey and barely cooked and the hash browns had basically been waved at the oven.

The hotel location is not crowded but it’s not very far away from Big Ben. I like its quietness. Room is standard, bathroom is standard.

Good location, river nearby, room space just right, no clothes dryer, otherwise great!

We used the hotel for an overnight weekend stopover, attending a friend's party, so just used our room (no meals/drinks etc.). But everything that we did experience was very good - nice room, modern, well furnished & spotless . . . in an excellent location at a reasonable price. The only minor grumble was that there appeared to be a problem with the lifts (busy, stopping at most floors, etc.) - perhaps only one working at the time? Overall, highly recommended.

Very dirty and noisy room. Service was bad too. Facilities were out of order but no one fixed.

Rooms are neat. Breakfast is average. Fresh fruit table contained mostly canned fruits. Omelette was excellent.

Average business hotel in an average location.
