The building is old, carpet and public area are dirty, yhe only ckean place is the bed.Breakfast is a standard england style.Walking distance to king's cross station.

The standard double room was tiny, both the room and the bathroom, completely different from what was shown in the pictures. Also, the Wi-Fi only had a 30-minute free trial each day; you had to pay for the rest. How is that even considered 'free Wi-Fi'?

Room is roadside, quite noisy at night. Tidy bathroom, the door blocked half of bathtub. Overall clean n comfortable Complimentary breakfast is typical english breakfast, nothing special but good enough.

On 1st day of arrival, front desk staff was nice with great smile even i can't check in earlier, I had good impression on the hotel. As I will away from London 3 nights and will be back same hotel, I asked if we can put my suitcase for few days, she told us it is fine if space available, so better drop my bag before 9am. On the day of check out, I brought down my bag around 0830, the grumpy lady staff told me they never accept any bag to store overnight, I told that their staff has been confirmed it's fine. She ignored n rejected. I have been travelled many countries and I have done the same in many countries, it was my first experience of a proper official hotel not accept bag storage overnight. I won't book this hotel group in my future trip anymore. Complimentary breakfast is fine, not much choice, typical English breakfast. Room is small, clean, a small fan provided though it is not really help for the heat

Good hotel, nice for solo stay near kings cross station.

Came in early and think room was ready also , But wanted another 20£ to give me early ch-in even got a good status on trip . Good location and English breakfast with bacon , Egg and beans , But next time i dont know since better options in london :-)

Great service, good location. The price is a bit high. They have vending machines for essentials like water and snacks. The bathroom doesn't have a proper shower enclosure, just an awkward curtain.

I stayed here for many days, and the hotel was great, especially the breakfast. It was very rich and energized me every day.

The room felt spacious. It's about a 10-minute walk from the subway station. The staff were very friendly. There wasn't a hairdryer in the room, but you can borrow one from the front desk. You can also refill your water bottle at the hotel restaurant.

Staffs are friendly, patient and helpful to solve customers’ problem. Breakfast is good as well.

Got there early. Would not check us in until 3. Most hotels are flexible on an earlier chack in. The lobby was full of people at 3 for check in.

Bad service No luggage storage No hair dryer No AC Old and dirty room

Everything about this hotel is first class for the price paid, the only thing that let it down was no air conditioning. Would definitely recommend to family and friends, not their fault it was a heatwave.

The hotel is well situated and very clean. The breakfast was very good with a large selection of food and drinks.  The only deception was the tiny bathroom !
