The location is perfect, and the reception staff are polite. The room is clean. However, for Asian guests, i think, the facilities may feel too basic — there are no dental kits, no slippers, no room tissues, and the bath towels are only changed every three days.

For London standards, the room was quite good. It was snug, but I could open my 28-inch suitcase without an issue. The location is fantastic, with a supermarket and coffee shop right downstairs, and Hyde Park just a stone's throw away. The service was exceptional – very friendly and welcoming. I'd absolutely stay here again on my next visit to London.

The hotel boasts an excellent location right by Hyde Park. It's just a 5-6 minute walk to the Italian Gardens, which was perfect for our child who was eager to see the swans. Metro and train stations are also conveniently located, about a 7-8 minute walk away, manageable even with luggage. The room was very clean and quiet. They had even opened the windows for us beforehand, and it remained quiet even when left open at night. As is typical for European hotels, the room wasn't huge. It was equipped with outlets that included USB and Type-C ports, and an electric kettle. We brought our own toiletries and slippers. Free luggage storage is available. Overall, good value for money.

Fantastic location! It's just a 5-minute walk from Paddington Station, nestled in a wonderfully peaceful neighborhood. The area also boasts an array of excellent dining options, from delicious brunch spots to Chinese and Japanese restaurants.

The location is excellent, just a few minutes' walk from Paddington Station. The room was quite spacious. While the breakfast selection wasn't huge, it was perfectly ample. They offer free luggage storage, which was very convenient for exploring the city. The hotel is also close to Hyde Park. As I had just arrived in the UK, I spent quite a bit of time walking around the park to help overcome my jet lag.

This hotel boasts an excellent location, conveniently close to the metro station and just a short walk from Hyde Park. They offer a very accommodating luggage storage service, both before check-in and after check-out. (A small note on their process: they'll provide you with the key to a CCTV-monitored storage room, you then place your luggage inside, and promptly return the key to the front desk staff.) The rooms are a good size and spotless, well-equipped, and thankfully, there's a lift – not all hotels in the Paddington area have one! The staff are attentive and polite. Overall, it offers excellent value for money and is definitely worth a return visit!

Great hotel location, easy access to Lancaster tube station. Breakfast is really good in quality and price with warm croissants and pains au chocolates. The coffee is also from a proper machine with many choices. A particular thanks to Sebastian from the reception who went beyond and above with his customer service! A truly enjoyable stay!

The location is also excellent for transport, making it a great choice for a trip to London. Plus, there's a small Chinese restaurant right across the street.

The main promotional image features the church across the street, and the hotel lobby is also quite decent. The front desk staff were very friendly and welcoming. For luggage storage, they use a charming system with keys attached to distinctive iron handles.

Everything else was great, apart from the shower head. Especially for London, 1200-1300 a night is considered excellent value.

A quiet hotel near Paddington Station. It's ideally located – not too close to the station to be noisy or crowded, but not too far to be a hassle. I originally chose it for its proximity to Paddington for the Heathrow Express, but discovered the Elizabeth Line was even closer and more cost-effective. As is common with London hotels, the room was compact; there wasn't even enough space to fully open a suitcase, and no drawers. However, for London, this is excellent. The highlight was the breakfast, which at £8 per person, was very reasonably priced and offered a good selection. We only had it once, as we heard the selection was the same every day, but the bread was really delicious.

This is a good hotel offering great value for money, and it's conveniently located with good transport links. The only downside was the lack of slippers; I had to walk barefoot after showering. I'll definitely remember to bring my own disposable slippers next time.
