服務一流，接待員非常熱情及主動，位置處於海德公園及白金漢宮附近，距離地鐵站7分鐘步行時間，房間很清潔及床鋪十分舒適。

這個酒店算是中規中矩吧，標準的英國小房間，設施還可以，房間乾淨，衹有英式早餐我還是比較喜歡的，電梯有點特別，在電梯外選擇幾樓，然後它會告訴你上哪部，電梯裏衹有開關門按鈕。周圍交通一般，要去商業街基本上要走20分鐘

酒店位於牛津街起點，28層樓高，曾經是海德公園地標。一側可看到白金漢宮，另一側看到海德公園，還有一側可以看到倫敦眼和碎片大廈 酒店對面就是海德公園，早起晨跑很方便 酒店服務非常非常好，不管是入住時的美女姐姐前台還是28樓餐廳，給了8歲的小女兒好幾次玩具和紀念巧克力，退房的時候老外主動用中文跟我説“早安”，還有一位華裔的員工，態度也非常親切。 如果你不是一定要住英國特色古典傳統酒店，這裡是一個非常好的選擇！

雖是老酒店，但優在位置絕佳，各部門服務人員都很熱情周到，酒店門口有公交站，過馬路可以進海德公園走走，喂喂小松鼠拍拍照，出去就是白金漢宮…住在酒店行政樓層可以看到海德公園全景和winter wonderland，最難得的還有行政酒廊可以免費餐食。
