Arrived later in the evening, the check in process was decent. Rooms was spacious, equipped with excellent amenities. The room I was given was in front of a busy road so the traffic noise was high but this didn't disturb my sleep as much. The location of hotel was excellent as it is a 5mins walk to Euston underground/bus station. The hotel is also close to St. Pancras Station and King's Cross Station, took me about 12-15mins to walk which is good distance. Overall enjoyed my overnight stay.

“We stayed at a Hilton hotel in London for the past two days, and unfortunately, the service was far below our expectations. Firstly, the room was cold throughout our stay. Despite informing the staff and having a 5-year-old child with us, no solution was provided because the technical team was unavailable in the evening. This was highly inconvenient and uncomfortable for our family.
Additionally, the staff member who assisted us during check-in was extremely rude and unwelcoming. Instead of a warm and professional greeting, we were met with an unpleasant attitude.
Given Hilton’s reputation, this experience was disappointing. We cannot recommend this hotel based on our stay.”

Water pressure of shower was crazy low. My wife caught a cold because of lower water pressure of shower. Terrible.
Location is very strategic if you travel from/to other area.

I stayed at the Hilton London Euston for a short trip and chose it mainly for the location. It's a perfect spot if you need to catch a train from Euston, which I did after I checked out. You’re within walking distance of the British Museum, Covent Garden, and Regent’s Park. The staff were lovely, and the rooms were clean – a bit dated but comfortable. The gym could use a bit more kit, but all in all, it was an excellent stay. I would definitely recommend it for the convenience and excellent service.

Aircon not working.. and the the personnel just answered we can't do anything. Just brought 2 fans. Said can't change room. For Hilton personnel to answer this way.. worst than a bed and breakfast place. As my family was tired we make do with it.
The sound proof was so bad that even ppl walking on the road can be heard. Didn't have a good sleep.
The next day went to the front desk to complain (different person at the front desk) only answered " will let the manager know"
Then asked him for some advise on travelling by uber or public transport to the train station to go airport.. insists that we take the black cab. When we said it's ok. Straightaway he shows his unhappy face. With the luggage we decided to use the black cab as per his recommendation. He ordered for us.. when in the cab we asked the driver why the Hilton guy keep on telling us to take black cab. The answer was that frontdesk gets 20% commision of the fare.
The front desk guys name is "MAX" he is a very rude guy who's not welcoming and not suited for hilton standards i urge hilton to look into this and see that action is taken upon him as staff like this ruins hilton's reputation and drags it to the mud. Can u believe it when he greets the guess he doesnt even look them in the face to say hello instead he just keeps looking at his computer and said hello. He didnt even notify us when the cab is here, we had to enquire him if thats our cab, i saw an elderly couple complaining to him and his attitude towards them is not one should show towards their elders and let alone their GUESTS!!!! Horrible experience with this guy. This matter should be investigated and necessary measures should be applied to him.
Come on this is hilton but i get better service at holiday inn !!!!!! What's the point for paying for this exclusive price if the experience is not exclusive

I love staying at this hotel , wouldn’t stay anywhere else while I’m in London , so close to Euston Station - literally across the road , with many restaurants, shops and green space to relax literally on your doorstep !
Hop on and off bus stop across the road from the hotel to explore London a hot spots !
The staff at this hotel are beyond amazing - from the check in staff to the restaurant staff - especially the breakfast staff and the wide variety of excellent fresh food served ( pancakes are amazing) and made to order …. lots of choice and attentive staff make your mornings a pleasure !!
A huge shout out to Karim - what a gent and what a credit to the Hilton … he’s so friendly, caring , professional and nothing is ever a problem when he’s around - each time we stay in London he makes our time there even better !!!
The rooms are extremely clean and the beds are just heaven - great showers with beautiful smelling shampoos, conditioners and body wash provided - with the noise reducing windows that make your night quiet and relaxing even in the busy capital !
Great selection of tv channels to entertain you after a long day exploring!
Room service fast with a great choice served to your door if peckish after dark !
Great restaurant on site and the food is beautiful and wide range of drinks at the bar - always served with a smile !
Would I recommend the Hilton at Euston - absolutely!!

Great location just a few minutes walk from Euston Station.
Check in / out both very quick and efficient.
We chose this hotel mainly because it is close to Euston Station. We had certains expectations of the Hilton Group and was disappointed to have found bugs on our table as well as some loose hair balls inside one of our bath towel.

Location is the best as it’s located between King’s Cross station and Euston underground.
However air conditioner in the room is not function.

I would NOT recommend this place because it advertises itself as a “luxury Hilton hotel”, yet the service and experience was the same as Travelodge. I would even argue the Travelodge is better because you get everything in this Hilton hotel from less price. Regardless, here are my main issues:
Bad —
- The rooms are too cold and heating control did not work
- Fridge inside the cabinet did not work, even after meticulously plugging it in
- the cleaners tried to come in 4 hours BEFORE check out which is not a fun experience because I’m still in bed trying to sleep
- The sugar packets in the tray were soaked at the bottom for whatever reason
- Bad kettle design, the steam was scolding me when holding the handle to pour water (not necessarily the hotels fault, just bad designed product)
- really noisy in the corridor from 8:00 am from the cleaners
- slippers are way too small, no other size options
- pillow was leaking feathers
- all of the lights are not bright, even when they’re all on
- really strange bathroom door handle design, it might make you think you’ve broken the handle or something
Good—
- Friendly front of house staff
- spacious room (maybe because I chose the larger option)
