Location wise is not bad. Near two metro stations and a few eateries.
But the room is small and the carpet in the room is very smelly. I had to buy a room spray to help with the smell but it didn’t help at all. I had to keep the window open to ventilate the air in the room despite the cold weather of winter. The bed sheets were very dusty that I used up the whole sticky-roller to clean up the pillows and the sheets before sleeping. I noticed london is quite dusty even during winter. The towels looked dirty. The bed sheets also got stains- the picture was taken after I cleaned the sheets with my sticky paper roll by myself.
The shower head was leaking so bad.
Despite the run down condition of the room, the TV is smart TV that I could enjoy my Netflix disney+ youtube at night.

Can clearly hear underground tube passing by as my room was on the first floor and could feel the draught from the surprisingly single glazed windows.

The hotel is located nearby to tube and bus station which is convenient to move about to most attractions places. British museum is about 5 to 7 minutes walk. If you take a bus, may sometime stuck in traffic, so plan your itenary for the day. Tube is mostly convenient for going to hyde park, Buckingham palace, camden town. The breakfast was good. I will surely return to stay here on my next trip. Thank you.

There is no toothbrush. The room is very small. The soundproofing is very poor. The neighbors kept talking in the middle of the night. The bedsheets are not very clean. You can see the eyelashes before lying down. There are lipstick marks on the pillow.

Ideal location for piccadilly tube line and train stations, huge self-service breakfast selection, friendly and helpful staff members, lovely cosy bed and modern shower room with good water pressure, the only downside is the hotel rooms are only single glazed and sadly our room was just above a very loud outside ventilation system, this would be fine if you like white noise but not ideal for light sleepers like myself, we will ask for a room at the front of the hotel in future.

For the price we paid, this was a very good deal! Location was great! Staff were very helpful too.
I do however, think that the hotel should inform guests of the building works taking place out the back of the hotel prior to your stay though. What with the single glazed windows, we were woken up early on the Saturday of our stay due to the building works being very loud. Also we were in a room with an interconnecting door, which meant the sound proofing was at a minimum…..we could hear word for word the conversations of the guests next door and even when they were coughing!

Location is near two metro stations within 5-10mins walk on the google map but we used Uber all the time so not very sure. A few eateries of cafe and pubs around the hotel.
The room is small, no place to open luggages.
The smell in the room is very bad that I couldn’t take full breath at first when I go inside the room.
I had to keep the window open the whole time to ventilate the air in the room despite the cold weather of winter.
The bed sheets were very very dusty like never touch for months when I first walked in to the room.
I have to clean. The towels looked dirty.
