Excellent location where underground station nearby and restaurants are available everywhere. The room is clean and generally the staff are nice and helpful. The only thing disappointed me was that my son had asked for the checkout time at the night before and the lady told him it could be made to 1:00pm. However, I just received a call from the hotel at 11:50pm that I should checkout at 12:00. I was just on my way back to hotel and I had to rush back for the checkout with an elderly.

Fab hotel- perfect location too for shopping in Regent Street and zoxfird Street, seeing top shows in wonderful theatres and such a variety of eatery places. Lovely old original pubs full of nostalgia.

房間有點少舒服，但酒店位置方便。可以步行到Chinatown ，Soho 區，Hyde park。High tea 最方便就係F&M對面或去the ritz

在市中心的中心，離green park, buckingham palace, Piccadilly Circus 都是walking distance. 周圍餐廳商店眾多。唯一就是房間有點舊

房間稍稍有點小 但是地理位置優越 對面就是fortune Maison 購物 吃飯都很棒

We had a great stay and the concierge went above and beyond to assist us with unconventional requests. They were fantastic. Central location with great walking access to shops and sites. Would definitely return.

In general, the service was stuffy and unpleasant. The one exception was the restaurant and bar, where Damian, Irene, and Michael were lovely. But other than that, i felt like we were inconveniencing anyone we had to talk to for simple things like requesting the champagne we ordered for our arrival be delivered to the room. It was honestly incredibly disappointing.

Great hotel, location and service. Surprisingly there were no gluten free options for breakfast - and £25pp for the buffet

This hotel is located perfectly for shopping, touring palaces, going to the London Eye or getting on the tube. Spacious room and bathroom.

Wonderful stay, the hotel staff were so friendly and helpful. The bed was really comfortable and the room was nice and spacious. Great location for exploring the city, very close to Leicester Square but on a quiet street which gives you the best of both worlds.

I had stayed here before in 2022 and had an amazing stay. However, this past time I had a lot of issues with the noise - one night we were right above construction, another was right above a bar. The staff tried to move us, but as someone who suffers from a chronic illness it was just a struggle to feel like we were rested. I had also remembered the last time I stayed, the beds/sheets were comfortable, but this time they felt somewhat plastic-like. For this visit, it served our purpose but I will not be returning. Especially since the last time I had stayed it was less money with a bigger room, this did not feel completely worth it. If you're looking for a business hotel near several key subways/etc, I would book here.

Amazing service. All staff where so friendly and so helpful throughout the stay. Arrived early and were just hopping to drop out bags to storage but we were checked in. Fantastic location and we had a lovely view out the window. Was sad we were only staying one night and will definitely be back again
