Excellent location and service. Received complimentary drinks as the hotel record cannot locate my recording the first attempt and made some extra waiting but the professional and warm service was very impressive. The room is clean and comfy

A must stay again for sure! Loved everything about this hotel perfect for shopping very close to train station. Lots of nice restaurants around.. But the breakfast was a bit disorganized

Our room was lovely and the hotel is situation right within the west gate shopping centre, so very convenient if this is what you’re visiting for. Air con was good and the bathroom was a decent size. The hotel has lots of amenities but we didn’t really use then on this visit. I’d stay here again for the convenience and comfort. All great except for a rather rude member of staff who wouldn’t check us out as she was adamant we hadn’t paid (we had when booking). No apology was made until another staff member stepped in to resolve the situation with a lot more professionalism

Good stay, clean hotel and location is really good. Though, for tourists do be aware Stratford is not the safest, especially at night. Overall, hotel itself is good, amenities, service and cleanliness.

It is a located in Westfield shopping mall. Easy access to shops and public transports. It was final stop of Jubilee line which is main Underground line, so it was a very easy to travel landmarks by one metro line for first time travellers. Hotel was very cleand and safe, Also not a noisy.

Nestled in the Westfield shopping center, the Hyatt Regency is a jewel not to be missed. Clean and spacious rooms that were very clean and the most wonderful staff we have ever encountered. Front desk staff even went above and beyond when our flight out was delayed and allowed us to stay past check-out time. The inclusive breakfast was worth every penny and the selection each morning was fresh and delightful. We will be booking here every time we are in London from now on.
