Right next to the Westfield shopping center with easy parking in the mall's Parking Zone B. The facilities are quite new by UK standards, and the breakfast offers more variety than most hotels in the UK.

Absolutely loved our stay here. Rooms were very clean. Service was very good, every time we needed something, Guest Services were very prompt and responsive. Location wise, I loved it. It is a little far from the city but with the extensive public transport system at Stratford, getting around was very easy. Around the hotel, there’s also loads of food and shopping options. Will definitely stay here again.

Very disappointed, paid for the room with the park views, ended up with the room with the building view, spoke with the hotel manager, he doesn't care.

We had a fantastic stay. The location of the Hyatt Regency Stratford is brilliant. Although not in the traditional city centre, the transport links are second to none. The direct connection to Heathrow via the Elizabeth Line is a game-changer for travelers. We also found it incredibly easy to explore all of London thanks to the well-connected Stratford station (Central Line, Jubilee Line, DLR, etc.). Being surrounded by the Westfield shopping mall and countless dining options was a huge convenience. A truly great experience—highly recommended and we will certainly be back on our next London visit

The hotel boasts a prime location right in the business district, and you can even see West Ham United's home stadium from the window. It's also very close to the subway station. However, the overall quality of the staff was just average, and for a room costing over 2000, you'd think they'd provide toiletries without having to ask the front desk.

There are two large supermarkets nearby, as well as a shopping mall, so dining options are convenient. The hotel is simple and clean. Rooms come with disposable slippers, and a bottle of purified water and a bottle of soda water are provided daily. There are no dental kits or hair dryers (I brought my own anyway). Make sure to prepare a travel adapter in your home country, as they are very expensive to buy in the UK (personal tip).

This hotel is located right next to one of London's biggest shopping malls, making it super convenient for shopping. In the evenings, I could just pop over to M&S to grab some fruit and breakfast items. The subway station is only a five-minute walk away, and overall, it offers great value for money!

I would strongly recommend this hotel to anyone not in a tight-schedule trip to London. A bit far from the center but so many different lines going through Stratford. Amenities are better than many similar or slightly higher priced hotels in London. jubilee line is always less occupied. What I like most is this small mirror at the entrance. Very thoughtful.

I couldn't stand how UK windows often only provide light and don't allow for any ventilation.

This hotel is very new and clean, with direct access from Heathrow Airport. From Gatwick Airport, you can get here conveniently via Thameslink and the Elizabeth line. They provide a bottle of sparkling water and a bottle of still water daily. The hotel is located in the plaza on the first floor of the mall, which is quite lively and feels safe at night. M&S and Waitrose supermarkets are right in the mall downstairs, along with local brands like Boots and Hotel Chocolat, perfect for some last-minute shopping before you leave.

Location is good because it is very near to Stratford Station - direct train to Heathrow Airport. Guest room is clean and contemporary. Comfy bed and Air-conditioning works well. They also provide shampoo and shower gel with good scent. The only improvement is the staff service at the counter as they are quite cool yet the housekeeper service is really nice and helpful!

Hands down the worst hotel experience during my entire UK trip. The room was small with no view whatsoever, and the wheels under the bed kept hitting my friend's and my feet. The front desk service was pretty mediocre too! Thumbs down!
