The duvet was a bit thin, but when I mentioned it to the front desk, they promptly brought an extra blanket. The service was excellent, and the location is very convenient for transportation.

The hotel is lovely and the location is even better, but the rooms are a bit small and the breakfast lacks variety. However, the front desk staff are very cheerful and helpful.

Basic clean and comfortable accommodation excellent for short stay, breakfast is sufficient no big fry ups, we did not need anymore it met our standards which are reasonably high, the lift is only in the main building as we were sent to number 10 across the road we had lots of stairs but managed ok.

This is a very budget hotel. Great location. Short walk from Paddington Station. Short (10-20 mins) walk to Hyde Park/Oxford Street. Beds are comfy, bathroom very clean. You need to be a heavy sleeper. Walls are paper thin. So if you have a late night chatterbox in the room next to you, you won’t sleep. Windows are old so outdoor noise is quite constant into the early hours. Not one of the reception staff could crack a smile so any kind of customer service was non existent. Stayed in cheaperyouth hostels where I’ve had much friendlier experiences. So price is great…the actual hotel experience not so much. Breakfast very basic (toast, yogurt, cereal) we went elsewhere for ours (a great small cafe opposite Starbucks called Charlie’s on Queensway - all four of us loved the different breakfasts we’d ordered there). All in all I would not stay here again. I’d pay a bit extra to ensure a better nights sleep BUT if you are a heavy sleeper or happy with earbuds this is a great budget hotel in a good location.

I was at a conference and wanted to be close to the Elizabeth line, this hotel was a 5 minute walk from Paddington Station giving access to also the circle and district lines. Located in a beautiful area with lots of restaurants for dinner options. I was traveling alone and felt safe and will definitely use as a base for future trips due to it being so convenient to get around.

Very hard to connect WiFi. Stayed for 3 days and only managed connect once for 20 minutes. After never working again.

Good clean and perfect location will stay again in the future

For the price it is a great place to stay. You can’t beat the location and price anywhere nearby.

The hotel is in a very convenient location and is a very reasonable price for central London, so I would not have expected it to be perfect. However, the room was unbearably hot during the night so we had to have the very loud fan on whilst we slept (which took a few hours of lying in bed). The fan was completely covered in dust, as though it had not been cleaned in months. The beds were comfortable and the bathroom was okay, though the shower temperature was almost impossible to control. Our main issue was that our room was on the third floor and we both had massive suitcases with us. We found out that the lift was out-of-order, which the receptionist seemingly was not aware of, so we had to carry these massive bags up three flights of very narrow stairs. I know this is not necessarily the fault of the hotel but I would have seriously reconsidered booking had I known that the lift was not working.

Small, clean room with adequate electrical outlets and mounted fan. Desk staff were lovely and helpful Location is great, in walking distance from the station, Hyde Park and many rental bikes. ✨️✨️✨️✨️

Good locaction, big rooms. The towels were not very clean, but so was the room. It's a pitty the roomdor didn't have a latch. Good experience in general, the breakfast had all needed.

Ideal location for Paddington station and a short stay over

Small lift with max 2 person allowed. Towels changed daily. Breakfast not bad but same every day.
