Located near train station.  Reception was nice to offer breakfast at discount. Reception was not picking up calls and I need to visit the counter for stuff. My daughter was sick but receptionist was empathetic. Refer me to call 111 which is not available via hotel phone line. Restaurant staff was friendly on the other hand.

Stayed at this hotel a few times already. Nice and smart looking.

It's tired and needs work but the staff try hard to make things better. Better to stay near Heathrow, the trip into central London isn't that much longer and there's better hotel options.

The hotel was very well managed and the staff were excellent. The breakfast had a very good selection and was well worth the reasonable additional cost. The hotel is very near Imperial Wharf train station. It is a small station but offers a connection to the Tube system and to Clapham Junction train station for Gatwick airport. Double Trees maybe a more budget orientated brand but the room was a good size and finished to a high standard with a comfortable bed and well fitted bathroom. There is a Tesco supermarket and a coffee shop opposite. I would highly recommend this hotel.

Good hotel

The bathroom could do with upgrading. The price per night had nearly tripled just because it was the flower show and the football final. ☹️ Neither of which are of any interest to me as I was there for work. Highly unfair, I’m sure it didn’t cost 3x more to clean the room !

位置：離市中心有一點點遠，價格也較市中心稍微便宜一些。附近都是民宅和公寓，較為安靜。交通整體還算方便，旁邊就有overground站imparial wharf，步行20分鐘可以到underground站Fulham Broadayway。酒店附近有超市、但感覺餐廳比較少，Fulham站附近餐廳多些。 設施：設施都比較新，用起來舒適。衞生間僅有鏡子旁邊的燈，略微有點暗。樓道里有人説話或者關門會有一點響。 服務：每天都會打掃衞生、更換毛巾。入住當天送了一瓶礦泉水、一塊cookie，挺好吃的。房間的mini bar也有礦泉水和氣泡水，每天都會補貨。這在歐洲的酒店裡也算難得了。可以免費寄存行李。 另外，這可能是在歐洲旅行期間check in時唯一一家會看預訂附言的酒店了，平時都會要求高樓層、安靜的房間，衹有這家滿足了要求。 住下來整體較為舒適。

去倫敦旅遊選擇了這家酒店，酒店房間還可以吧，沒有一次性牙刷牙膏拖鞋，也沒有瓶裝水，對標國內的酒店還是有一定距離，價格偏高，房間隔音一般，床是一大一小兩張床，窗外無什麼風景可以看 床墊比較舒適，因為沒有含早餐所以就不點評了。酒店外面有一家超市，買買吃的還是可以的，倫敦交通便利，車站 、地鐵都很方便，跟着導航出行輕鬆沒有壓力。

交通還是很方便的，出門馬路對面就是Tesco，後面1分鐘就是輕軌站。每天房間都會打掃，可能問題就是，晚上洗澡，水不夠熱。建議洗頭可以早上6點多洗
