Wonderful Hotel! Clean updated and has AC! Lighting colour change, big TV. Olympics was on. There are extending at the other side so we didn’t get affected by the noise. Food places are close by, and a nice walk along the canary. The location for a taxi is abit hard to find. And the toilets are abit small. But a great stay! Staff polite and helpful. Thank you

Point A Hotel London is clean, light enough and the reception is friendly. It takes 5-10mins to walk to the metro.

I arrived at the hotel with my daughter for a three-night stay that was organized as a treat by my family. This break was much needed, and I was eager to enjoy our time there. On the first night, I discovered some issues with our room. I contacted the reception staff member, Ria, who handled the situation without hesitation. She promptly apologized and immediately arranged for us to change rooms. The following day, I spoke with the general manager, Florin, who was exceptional. He assured me that the issues would be addressed and sincerely apologized for the inconvenience. Additionally, we were offered a room upgrade, complimentary drinks, a late check-out, and a partial refund. I could not have asked for more; his professionalism and approach were truly commendable, significantly enhancing our overall stay—an experience I have never encountered in a hotel before. The staff members, Dhioovana and Olivia, were also fantastic. They were warm, welcoming, and consistently professional. No question was too much trouble for them, and they provided a wealth of information to help us navigate London. In my experience, the level of service from all the staff would not be out of place in a five-star hotel, which speaks volumes about their dedication. Nice and clean room, good services and able to do a early check in

The room is neat and tidy but a bit small. Also no hot water or boiler is provided

The room is quite small which matches the price I paid for. There was no space to place my 29' suitcase. Apart from that, the hotel was ok considering the room being clean and the staff being polite. The construction work started at 7:30 am on Saturday but it was warned at the booking web site. It is quite surprising to hear that they charge for luggage storage and early checkin but I could understand it.

The room was clean and today, the only issue was that the room was located in a separate building with no reception.

Very neat and tidy room, nice and friendly staff. Although the room is small, but it is perfect for one person. The room and the bathroom are quite new. There is Elizabeth line, Julibee line nearby which is very convenient. The neighborhood is bright even it's night, feeling safe when walking alone. There is a big shopping mall at Canary Wharf.

Great little hotel that is well located for London City and Canary Wharf - perfect for business travellers and tourists alike. Staff are always friendly and for the price point the hotel is better maintained, cleaner, and has much nicer rooms than anywhere else I’ve stayed. The best review I can give it is this: I’ve been to London one night a month for the last year. Since first trying this hotel I’ve returned a further 4 times, and I’ve just finished booking my 5th.

Pros - close to underground tubes - there are many pubs nearby - didn’t expect the room to be big; liked the design a lot and there’s RBG lights in the room; the room is good Cons - water pressure for bath was quite weak and the hot water isn’t consistently available

The room was pretty cute, the colored lights are a nice touch and the location is perfect. The room was small, I shared with my brother for a Doja Cat concert and it would have been better as a one person room instead of trying to share
