Ulasan Aloft London Excel

I recently stayed at the Aloft London Excel and was quite impressed by the experience. The hotel is very new, which is evident from its modern design and pristine facilities. The rooms are well-equipped with all the latest amenities, making for a comfortable and convenient stay. The staff were friendly and helpful, adding to the overall positive experience. However, one thing to note is that there was a noticeable odour inside the hotel, likely due to the new furnishings. It wasn't overwhelming, but it did remind me that the hotel is still quite fresh. Despite this minor inconvenience, I would still highly recommend Aloft London Excel for its excellent facilities and overall quality.

Hotel is very good actually, staff are friendly, food is good, room is quite big and clean. Location really is a problem - London Excel close all the time, no shops or restaurant nearby, but good thing is hotel is next to DLR from Prince Regent which is only 1 or 2 minutes walk from 2/F directly.

Very nice hotel. We were upgraded to a top floor room which had been refurbished. It was large and comfortable Breakfast was tasty and various items were cooked to order. Check in was friendly and efficient. Pool and spa was a nice touch, although the heating could maybe have been turned down a few degrees. All in all we had a great stay and wouldn’t hesitate to stay again.

Just 5 minutes walking from the Custom House station. Not far from the centre of London. The hotel has many facilities service for customers, like a swimming pool and sauna, but it was a little crowded. The room was clean and comfy. really recommend.

Easy to get to by transport and great room size facilities.

The hotel is great. Lovely rooms with everything you need. Nice bar that has a pool & fuzeball table. Would be good if they opened till 1am. The best thing is that their pool, sauna & steam room are open till 11pm. Great price. Out the way location, but still close to o2 & the nightlife.

The room is very good and quiet.

Amazing hotel. Extremely comfortable and cosy feels like a luxury home.

So this is literally in the middle of nowhere, and it’s tough for an uber to find. Beautiful inside though. Mainly for business people do quite empty during holidays and weekends. Beautiful pool but small.

Everything was good, but maybe location was closer to some places but a little far off from the airport

Hotel is location right next to the Excel, so if is accessible by public transport from the city center. It also has car park spaces to park your vehicle for a fee (£16/day) . It has a sauna, a small swimming pull and a gym. Rooms are spacious and comfortable with a bit a separate toilet and shower and the bathroom sink in the room. We didn't try the breakfast since it was overpriced (£17/person). The overall hotel is nice but doesn't give you a luxurious feeling because small details are not cared for. Toilet paper was rough, there were no snacks in the room nor sleepers and bathrobes.
