Ulasan London Bridge Hotel

Travelled with my son .Excellent location. Staff we fantastic and very helpful. Room was clean,love the gowns and slippers. Breakfast was nice ,didn’t particularly like bacon but everything else was great. Hotel staff were very accommodating,I requested a late check out because of my flight,concierge was very friendly and helpful. So helpful with directions helped to travel around London. 2 minutes walk to the Shard ,5 minutes walk to London Bridge and 5 minutes to tower bridge. Amazing place.

We arrived at the hotel at 11.30am & we were able to check in early, this was the 1st bonus. We mentioned to the lovely receptionist that it was our 1st time in London, she then upgraded us to a superior room, with a free mini bar. The room was exceptionaly clean & very well decorated with lovely touches such as fluffy white robes & bottled water with fruit & chocolates. We both had a great night's sleep, no noise from inside or out. Breakfast was beautiful, plenty of choice with excellent staff & service. We were also given a voucher for a takeaway coffee & croissant. All in all an excellent hotel in a great location. Very well recommended

Beautiful hotel, great location however the tiniest double room I’ve stayed in. I bumped my elbows opening the door into the ensuite and my (admittedly large) suitcase couldn’t be open at the same time as the wardrobe door.

Well coming , polite and very friendly staff. Great room and a very nice breakfast. Will definitely book again.

Great hotel Staff is excellent Clean and comfortable bed Only downside is shower head is not powerful Definitely staying there again soon .

The staff were very helpful and so friendly, we weren’t expecting much for breakfast but it was lovely. The rooms had everything we needed. Ideal location to walk around the Thames and over the Tower Bridge, and also closed to the London Bridge Station from which you can get a train to Gatwick and Brighton- if you want to do a day trip

It a really good hotel and the room is very clean. A little problem is the room is not very warm but the bed is very comfortable.

Clean room in a great location, however very tiny (pictures online were deceptive) and extortionately expensive. Also we would have liked a bit more friendly help from front desk staff regarding local recommendations, etc. It was helpful to be able to stow our bags for a few hours prior to being able to access our room, when we arrived a bit earlier than the regular check-in time.

Wonderful 4 star hotel very clean and staff were brilliant one of the best hotels I have stayed inside of London so far would recommend

We stayed here for a weekend of leisure in London. The hotel is very nice (extremely close to the Shard) and the underground. The first evening there we spent about £65.00 in taxis' as we were meeting people near Chelsea, after that we used the underground - cheaper and quicker. The hotel foyer is bright and welcoming and there is a concierge. The room was compact (standard double) but clean and tastefully decorated with en-suite (with a bath yay!) and included soaps and shower gel etc. Also had hairdryer, trouser press, dressing gown and slippers and most importantly a hospitality tray (Gotta have that early morning cuppa) Breakfast was included and had a decent choice in a nice breakfast room. They also have a very sumptuous bar (porn star martini was best I've tasted so far :) Great stay - Thank you

Hotel was clean, staff helpful. My wife (Maggie Bray) is a vegetarian with a dairy allergy and at breakfast nothing was too much trouble. She is disabled on walking stick and the staff allowed her to pick the table which suited her the best The Concierges (chis, robert, konstantine) were helpful always calling a taxi for us as my wife can`t use underground or buses. they would always ask us how our day was when we came back to the hotel at the end of the day
