The hotel location was superb. The room was comfortable but small and therefore a bit stuffy, however an open window provided ventilation. One of the bed lights was constantly flickering which meant we could not use it. When I reported it and received an appreciative thankyou. These were minor matters and I would happily stay again.

Sewer odour from the bathroom, staff is not friendly and asked me to pay extra £30 per night to upgrade my room for my kids who are under 12 years old, condition is very old and not cleaned, corridor is very narrow, lift is very small which I ever see.

One thing that I liked very much, was that the hotel had a lift, I was carrying large suitcases. Room was a bit small but was enough for the nights I stayed. Got a bit of a smell coming from the bathroom extractor as they were connected from the floor, or at least that was the explanation I got. But the smell lasted only for a night, the rest of of my stay was not problem.

Good customer service, clean room but rooms are too small for a long stay. Still would recommend if you need a quick stop over.

The room is very small, so be prepared. Cleanliness: It's okay. It's cleaned every day and there's breakfast. Although it's simple, it's very attentive. Environment: Close to Paddington Station and Hyde Park, good location👍

Hotel that fulfills its functions to be strategically placed in the heart of London without blowing the budget. Simple but acceptable continental breakfast.

The bathroom is also very small and I can't turn around. The price of more than 1,000 yuan per night is only the conditions of a domestic guest house with 100 yuan. . The most important thing is that the cash was stolen from the room, and it was stolen very deliberately. One of each denomination was stolen. I went to the hotel manager to argue with him, but because there was no evidence, I had to give up. Apart from the good location, I highly recommend it.

The rooms in the early 1000s are the same as those in hotels in 6th-tier cities in China. The breakfast is simple and pitiful. The elevator can only stand 2 people and there is no air conditioning! The room is super small and has no air conditioning! The bed is shaking! ! ! The only advantage is the location! Breakfast coffee is ok!

The room was nice, the service was friendly, and the hotel location is very good. There are many restaurants and kiosks around, and more importantly, it is very close to Paddington Station, making it easy to go anywhere.

As expected, the hotel room is very small, the corridor is narrow, the elevator is small and very mini. It was October when I checked in, and the outdoor temperature was about 15 degrees. But the room was very hot for some reason, and I woke up in the middle of the night. The advantage is that the room and bathroom are clean and tidy, and breakfast is included! Although it is a relatively simple English breakfast, the little you can save is worth it!

The windows are broken, there are no toothbrushes and slippers, the room facilities are very shabby, and there are paper towels used by the previous guest to wipe their butts in the trash can. If your spoken English is not good and you don't want to fight with others, then I don't recommend you to stay in this hotel. Otherwise, you must come! I went back to the hotel at night and was so angry that I was given a basement... The next day I talked nicely to the front desk , give me a room change, he also agreed, on the third day he directly changed someone, saying that he couldn’t change, I was so angry at that time, what’s so hard to hear, I haven’t forgotten my spoken language since I didn’t go abroad for three years with a mask, the scolding is over , and guess what! I changed to a room on the fifth floor. The room is bigger and has a nice view. After that, the staff greeted me with a smile. Like a dog, the more you scold him, the more afraid he is of you! Finally, objectively speaking, if you only stay for a short period of time, one or two days, the price and location are good. Paddington Station is as close as the airport to CT, which is very convenient. If you want to practice swearing, you must come!
