The hygiene was so-so, and the front desk service was terrible. However, the location is excellent, just a short walk to the subway station, which is very convenient. Overall, I'd still recommend it! Welcome to the UK!!!

The location, price, and reception staff were all very good. The staff were friendly and welcoming. However, the cleanliness could be improved. In particular, the window was covered with bird droppings, which was quite noticeable. Apart from that, the stay was generally fine.

This is a perfect hotel for single travelers! The room was small but clean and minimalistic design. Water in shower was hot and strong, with shampoos, conditioners and body wash provided. There are a few steps when I entered the room, so those with accessibility needs need to inform the hotel beforehand.

The location is good, the hotel is near underground station only few minutes walk. The room is nice and clean but was smaller than I expected. Overall it was a good accommodation. The bathroom is quite small, the hotel provide shower gels and shampoo. Highly recommend for this price range

Had a great stay! The room was clean and comfortable, staff were friendly and helpful, and the location was perfect.

A decent budget option with some friendly staff, but currently held back by poor maintenance and lack of soundproof rooms. Value: A solid price point for the Kensington location. Service: The receptionist was highly welcoming and helpful, stepping in to assist when the self-check-in tablet glitched out. Room Condition: Our lower-ground room felt visibly tired. The carpets looked unwashed, and the windows had visible mold. Noise Levels: Soundproofing is practically nonexistent. Expect to clearly hear conversations and movement from the hallway and neighboring rooms. The hotel appeared to be undergoing renovations during our stay (evidenced by protective plastic sheeting over the hallway carpets), so the worn conditions might be temporary.

My 2nd time here. Friendly staff. Easy check-in and check out. Free luggage storage. Clean n spacious room with AC n heating. Body wash, shampoo n hair conditioner provided. Clean towels. Kettle n complimentary tea bags as well. So convenient. Excellent location. Earl's court station is just a short walk from hotel. Many Bus stops along the way. Plenty of eateries n convenient marts here. Self laundromat around the corner. Satisfied n will stay here again...

I stayed here on my last trip to London too, and this time I booked a single room which is just perfect for one person. The only downside is the poor sound insulation. I got a room facing the street and absolutely love the way the sun streams in. I’ll definitely choose this place again when I come back to London！

A girl at the front was not so friendly but a man and maid were nice and friendly

This hotel offers excellent value for money in Zone 1. The location is super convenient for getting around, with quick access to the subway to anywhere you need to go. I highly recommend it – it's a real bang for your buck! The environment is great, and the rooms are very spacious.

Would not book this again. The tiles in the hallway/bathroom were broken, nails sticking out of the floor, the carpet being torn in some spots, the bed sheets and towels dirty, rooms aren’t very sound proof and the curtains let a lot of light in, not allowing the best sleep. We are also still waiting for an answer from the “management” regarding an incident that happened with a staff member. It’s been over a month and still nothing, even though they said they will reach out the next day (then the day after we left, but still nothing). Appalled by the practices, standards and empty promises by the management.
