The room is clean and location is great! It’s close to Adelphi theatre which is great for musicals!

The hotel is very centralized. Walkable distance to most of the tourist attractions like Big Ben, Buckingham Palace etc. size of room is small but it's okay for a solo traveller. There is also a police station right opposite the hotel which makes you feel safer. There are also alot of restaurants and pubs around. Subways are also walkable. Definitely worth a stay.

위치가 좋은 대신에 방이 엄청 좁습니다. 관짝 느낌이 들었어요. 워낙 지점이 많은 체인호텔이라 좁은 공간만 감수하면 특별히 나쁘진 않습니다.

衞生非常乾淨。交通地點一流。距離大部分劇院，商業街，著名景點都很近。但酒店坐落在一個安靜的街區，旁邊有警察局，治安很好。

狭目だけれど、立地もサービスもとても良い。何よりも格安で、詐欺かと思ったくらいだけれど、本当に安かった。水回りもとても綺麗だった。

Gorgeous hotel lovely staff the way treated if great the service is unbelievable good they can not do a nuff for you the rooms was really nice spotless clean and the location of the hotel is really good so all in all was 1 best hotels stayed in thank you

Stayed here 2 years ago and decided to come back as it's a perfect central location with a clean and comfortable/basic room. Perfect to relax and sleep. Two years ago I highlighted a security issue that looks like it hasn't been addressed at all which is quite concerning. You simply do not shout out loud (twice!) the room number in a reception/entrance/lounge/restaurant full of strangers. Especially when the guest is a female solo traveler. You DO NOT do that. You write it down and that's that. Two years ago you're still making the same mistake which should have been addressed and corrected. For this, I am quite disappointed.
