Near to banks, shopping malls and restaurants. Easy access to tube stations. Nice panoramic views at breakfast. Would highly recommend you to purchase breakfast. Check-in was prompt.

Had a great one-night stay in London! Check-in was quick and easy, and the hotel is in a great location, close to plenty of food spots in the gardens. I grabbed a delicious morning bagel before checking out at 12pm, which was super convenient. We also had access to the pool but sadly ran out of time to use it, definitely something to try next time!

Great hôtel ( amazingly comfy beds)and great staffs
JENNA at The reception is extremely smiley and lovely.
We love the proximity of the malls transport places to eat . It was our 3rd or 4th time here and we will come back and stay here next visit

Nice hotel in a fantastic location. View of Central London from the room was second to none. Decent breakfast, everything you’d expect, quality is fine for the price. Room was well decorated, very comfy bed, cleanliness could be slightly better but nothing too significant. Would return here, for sure.

An excellent room that was very clean and tidy. The housekeeping staff were very thorough and topped everything up. The view from my room was sensational. I thoroughly enjoyed my stay. The hotel is highly connected close to the DLR and jubilee line and elizabeth line, as well as local shopping and coffee facilities around.
Overall, a very good stay would recommend if in the canary wolf area or if you are comfortable navigating the transport system of london to go in deeper to the city or other places around.

Cleanliness: Spotless and very new.
Service: Flawless throughout.
Facilities: Very new, significantly newer than the hotel next door. Especially considering the hotel next door has become a total dump.

Disappointing experience. Customer service at Novotel London was poor throughout our stay. The rooms look very basic and nothing like what’s advertised online, it honestly felt more like a Premier Inn than a hotel claiming to be luxury. Outdated TV, not even a smart TV, bed is basic and uncomfortable. The pool was small, overcrowded, and not clean. Overall, this hotel did not meet expectations in any way and I would not recommend it. Not worth the price.

Staff were welcoming and friendly and overall we enjoyed our stay. The room and bathroom were spacious and the rainfall shower along with Rituals products were dreamy to use. My only wish was that there was a steam room and /or jacuzzi to use in the pool area. There was a sauna to use in this area but it wasn’t very hot.

I would recommend this hotel, especially because the rooms are spacious compared to other hotels in the same price range. Check-in was smooth even with a late arrival, which was a relief.
Pros:
• Spacious rooms
• Clean and well-maintained property
• Convenient location with nice views
• No issues with late check-in
Cons:
• Long wait times at the front desk due to only one staff member handling check-ins and other requests
• No slippers provided in the rooms

This 4 star hotel is quite disappointed to us . The room assigned to us was flooded with water when one is taking shower. The water flown from the bathroom to the carpet in the room. The hair dryer was not working too. Although the hotel did change the room and hair dryer for us but its caused a lots of inconvenience and wasted our time. Further we can heard dog barking in the hotel!

”I feel obligated to share my experience to prevent others from enduring the same disappointment. From the moment I stepped into the hotel, I was greeted by a pervasive and unpleasant odor that lingered throughout the premises, making it impossible to feel comfortable. However, what truly made my stay unbearable was the attitude of the staff. Instead of being welcoming or helpful, they exuded an air of arrogance, treating guests as though they were inconveniences rather than valued customers. The combination of a foul-smelling environment and unprofessional, condescending service makes it clear that this hotel does not deserve your time or money. There are far better options where guests are treated with respect and provided with a clean, pleasant experience.“
