The location is pretty good, very close to Earl's Court tube station, less than a 10-minute walk. There are also many dining options near the station. We stayed in a triple family room, but the bathroom only had a rainfall showerhead, no handheld shower. The toilet had a minor issue where the water refill was slow, often needing several flushes to get a full flush. There were no power outlets near the beds, and the overall facilities weren't very new; they looked a bit dated. The bathroom radiator, in particular, was yellowed and didn't get warm enough. The sink also wasn't very clean. Complimentary bottled water was only provided at check-in, regardless of how many nights you stayed. One morning during our stay, we were woken up around 8 AM by the kitchen smoke alarm going off.

The hotel is a 4-story building with 4-6 rooms on each floor, operating more like a guesthouse. The breakfast is quite homely, and the food choices didn't change much during my stay. However, the service was very friendly and enthusiastic. The room had air conditioning and was quiet; the only noise came from the hallway. It's about a ten-minute walk to the nearest subway station. Although the interior is a bit old-fashioned, considering the price, it's a relatively good value-for-money option in central London.
