Ulasan Mornington Hotel London Victoria

Don't book this hotel, or you will be very unlucky. I booked this hotel online in advance and received a confirmation letter. But when I arrived at the hotel at 11pm, the staff told me that there were no rooms available. After negotiation, I was transferred to another hotel in the same block. The staff kept guaranteeing that the hotel I changed to was exactly the same, but I checked the price of the hotel I changed to, and it was nearly 50 pounds a night different from the price I originally paid. I immediately pointed out this problem, and the staff said that I could contact them the next day to refund the price difference. But when I contacted them, they refused my request. The staff of this hotel is full of lies and has no integrity. I advise especially girls,not to book it, otherwise you may be like me, walking on the streets of London at 11pm with two big luggages, which is very dangerous.by the way, the room is too small and there is no lifts.

It is very nice place to stay because most of the tourist attraction, bus station and train station all are near by on walking distance. Cheap and comfortable stay , I had spent good time over there. Thanks.

Smallest room I've ever stayed in, but they are comfy, clean and quiet. Excellent location

The hotel do not allow me to check in or use my room just because arriving the hotel late which they never mention when I book the hotel.

Good ,but I was sent first in an untidied room .However this was changed and the rest of the experience was good.

房間很小在負一樓，但很乾凈，靠近維多利亞車站，前台很小，如果寄存行李衹能放在前台旁邊，服務人員很熱情。

엘리베이터가 업서서 3층이지만 실제는4인곳을 ㅇ소르락낼락 너무힘들었음그러나 방은작지만 청결하고 새로리모델링해서 좋았응

地段衞生很好，性價比體現在面積上，作為落腳點很OK。

設施：非常好 服務：也沒得説.

沒有電梯，行李需要自行搬運，還好我只住一樓，房間很小，行李打開後廁所、大門、衣櫃都無法完全開啟，基本上活動吃飯都在床上，靠枕灰塵很多，無法使用，但價格便宜，暖氣很暖、淋浴水柱很大，還有熱水壺，基本上設備齊全。

洗手間還好。雙床房在地下，無窗，介意者慎。服務不錯，周邊較安全，安靜。十分鐘內可以到達車站，超市等
