The hotel is quite a walk from main tube line nothing nr by 20min walk to nearest takeaway staff not very helpful to say we was in an area with lots of hotels transport links not very good wouldnt recommend if you were going to a show and coming back late breakfast good with waffle maker

Lovely hotel, well soundproofed, so very quiet despite the airport opposite and the busy road. Just a short walk to DLR station Royal Albert. The room was very comfortable and the breakfast was excellent, with a very good choice.

The hotel itself was fine. However, all night there was lots of noise from other guests returning and this affected sleep. There were guests smoking on the floor we stayed and a very strong smell of ****. We checked out after one night as could not face another night of this. Reported to reception and was told there is nothing they can do about smoking. Would not recommend if staying with a young family.

Good clean hotel. Lacks a bit of a character but conveniently located near DLR station to get in to london. good value for money

We had a lovely quiet break at the hotel, the service was very laid back, chatty and friendly. We did miss not having a swimming pool, didn't have time to use the gym but it looked good, the food was excellent, scrambled egg was cold, probably better if it had a cover. The bed, room and toilet area was immaculate, all in all it was a great restful stay!

From chick in to check out all was excellent. The DLR was not working so location was a bit awkward and there is not much around it. Breakfast was excellent as was the shower.

The bathroom lock was broken, bathroom ventilation fan not working. We stay 4 days and same breakfast everyday Staff are workable All together, not goes with Hilton Goodwill

Perfect location for what I needed before visiting a conference

Check in and check out took minutes. This hotel has parking which was very convenient and the Royal Albert DLR line is about a 5 minute walk away, so it is easy to get around with Tower Bridge being about 7 stops away. The restaurant and reception staff were all lovely and rooms were cleaned daily and the gym had in a decent amount of equipment. We had a corner room with decent views, it was spacious and the shower pressure was very relaxing after a long day of exploring. The only thing I wish the room had was fridge. I would definitely stay here again.

It was very inconvenient for us as shower was blocked and nearly was flooding outside . And they moved us to another room . We needed accessible room And they given us normal room .
