The room was dirty and the bathroom was full of mould and mildew The smell was over powering and had to use a mask to use the facilities Have approached the staff and they suggested contacting customer relations. Have emailed them several times sent photos of the bathroom and have been told that we did not have a claim by Malik He also tried to fob us off asking for the information several times which he already had We use premier inns regularly when in the UK and on our trip this year frequented at least 5 different locations.

Very happy with our stay as a family of 4. Staff very helpful and rooms were clean. Beds were comfy We had no complaints, Location was perfect for kings cross station and tube as well for buses etc. Shops and takeaways nearby that catered for different allergies etc.

This hotel is a real mixed bag. The hotel is in a great location right next to kings cross. Great transport links all over the country and beyond as well as around London. Upon checking in (5pm) I asked for a late checkout. I was told they could not do it until the morning and to come back then. I went down 8am and was told I was too late for requesting late check out and I would need to be out by 12. The room on the surface is really nice. It was clean and fresh. However the bed was lumpy. 2 singles zipped together really hard spot in the middle and dips at the edges kept thinking I may fall out. Great 40" TV and lots of room and fairly priced for London

We always enjoy our stay at London Kings Cross premier inn and always return. However this stay was even better, my two children have additional needs and one particular member of staff, Rita, was amazing with them. She spent ages talking to them and was so friendly and interactive with them my little girl told her it was her birthday and when we returned we had a lovely birthday card and some chocolates in our room. I can't begin to explain how happy and excited that made my daughter. She said she had the best birthday ever and I know this was a huge part of that. Thankyou Rita, you're the best!!

Stayed in Premier Plus room, beds were very comfortable. Room is a lot nicer than the Standard room, clean but stains on the carpet. Reception, Housekeeping and Restaurant teams were all very welcoming and professional. Breakfast was good and tasty. Shower was good, prefer walk in shower to over bath though. Aircon was good, room not too warm. Rooms facing the road and side street are very noisy, recommend taking earplugs or request internal room. Excellent location for Kings Cross, overall a pleasant stay.

should completely renovated the room. it’s dirty and broken and stains everywhere in the room. no attention to detail. only 1 coffee sachet in room. hair all over the towels. windows don’t open even a vent amount. room gets boiling in the night. no access to be able to log into netflix on the tv. room wasn’t cleaned because now it’s automatic to NOT clean the room instead of the accepted norm to only add the cardboard label on the door handle when you don’t want the room cleaning.
