We had a wonderful stay here. The room was for three, it was spacious and clean and all we asked for was provided to us. The price was good. I would definitely visit again

地理位置優越。從酒店到Covert Garden、Thyme River、Royal Court、 A theater、非常方便。服務人員態度良好。我們是自由行，這酒店位置省了不少的士費用。離圖中的景點都挺方便的。

交通特別方便

This is a beautiful Hotel in Hart of seven dials minutes from Covent Garden, Soho, Oxford street. This time we stopped, we got an upgraded Room, which had a beautiful view of the theatre opposite. The room itself was very well furnished two double beds which were very comfortable. The bathroom with Shower and bath was beautifully finished. The room had a separate make up/wardrobe Room big TV and mini fridge. Breakfast there was fresh fruit, fresh pastries, yoghurts charcuterie, smoked salmon fried breakfast and mush more. also a menu you could order things like eggs Benedict, pancakes and much more 10 out of 10 for the breakfast With Properly made coffee and other hot drinks. All the team was friendly. We come to London three times a year will definitely be coming back again Thank you for a great stay

Terrible value for money unfortunately. Room had carpet ripped up and mouldy from shower room leak, moved to a 'upgraded' room after discussion. Room had a double and a sofa bed rather than 2 actual beds... sofa bed was obviously uncomfortable and basically higher at one end than the other. AC worked but was very noisy. Stains on bed sheets..Staff were pleasant, breakfast was ok but hot food was barely hot. All in all good location, very disappointing hotel. For the same money I would have gone to a better hotel nearby.. originally booked for location.

I absolutely love the location. A very warm welcome from Geny who made us feel at home. I travelled to go to the theatre for my birthday with my son. We got back to Prosecco and a birthday cake in my room. What a wonderful surprise. Thank you so much Geny for making us feel settled and the kindness of making my birthday xtra special. I loved the bathroom, great toiletries, the fluffy pillows and comfy bed. I will be back ♥️✨

If you are coming from Heathrow airport, one can take the Elizabeth line to Tottenham Court Road tube station. There are taxis in a dedicated queue or walk 10 minutes to the hotel. A GPS would help. The hotel is directly facing the Seven Dials roundabout. This Radisson is also known as the “Mercer Street Hotel.” There is no signage outside saying it is a Radisson hotel. The big plusses about the Mercer Street Radisson are its location to the Theatre District; being a block away from Seven Dials Market and relatively close to the British Museum. There is plenty of vibrant activity that is associated with this area. We have stayed in Radisson’s in Lisbon, Oslo and Stockholm. Our Mercer room was the smallest and most expensive--$650USD. I guess the price warrants the description as being a “Luxury boutique hotel.” Our room designed for two was expanded with a couch and a large glass table. There was little room for anything else. When we opened the doable bathroom door it could go only half way due the glass table. With that said, the bed was indeed comfortable and the AC cold. What saved the day is the restaurant associated with this hotel, Monmouth Kitchen. They make one awesome British breakfast. The service is friendly and prompt. This restaurant is opened to the public and serves tasty dishes through dinner. Unfortunately, the two days we came for and evening meal, the restaurant was out of “padrons,” a Spanish pepper. My heart was broken. This hotel does service smaller high end tour groups. There is also a concierge on property to answer any questions and can make reservations for you. We really can’t give this hotel “5” stars and it is awfully expensive. Ironically, we never did see a play this time. We did enjoy, though, going to the British Museum and the tech experience, “Outernet “done by Pixel Artworks, located by the Tottenham Tube station. The Outernet is free and well worth going. We picked this hotel for it's location to the theatres as we had booked a show. Perfect location for a hotel. On checking in I was told that they was no valet parking operating due to staff not being available and advised where to park myself. Once we had been checked in we went to our room to get sorted before going to the show we had booked. However this did not start off well as the room we had been given had a very large stained carpet as you entered the room and this led us to check the bed, which also was below the standard we would expect with hairs / stains on the mattress protector. I reported this to the management who were very reactive and apologised for the room condition. We were offered another room which looked a lot cleaner, although I did have concerns about the bed position. But due to us needing to get to the theatre in time for the show we agreed to the room and headed off for the evening. It was only when going to bed and when I got up in the night the position of the bed caused a real issue to access / Ingress as they was a beam restricting the gap between the bed and beam. I bumped my head on the beam at night, the angle makes it hard to avoid. It could do with an illuminated marker on the edge to make it visible at night (See attached photo). There was a good breakfast choice, apart from a slight table allocation issue. Not the great stay, but I have to say the staff were extremely helpful and tried their best to resolve our issues. We would stay here again and hopefully have no initial issues, also avoiding the room with the restricted access bed!

Hotel’s location was excellent, walking distance to Covent Garden and metro. Breakfast was really good and the staff was really kind and helpful. I will definitely recommend this hotel. I stayed at different hotels in London, they were all good but Radisson Blu Mercer stood out in terms of service and location.

First class service and fabulous hotel. We had a beautiful spacious room with a HUGE bed. The location is perfect for theatreland and Covent Garden. The staff at the hotel were so pleasant and helpful. I must give a special mention to concierge Ed who was so very helpful and also made sure we had enough information to orient ourselves. Ed and the other staff here were amongst the most pleasant I have ever come across on my travels. We are very appreciative THANK YOU
