I pick this hotel simply because of the location and of course price. As a solo female traveler this time i was looking for a hotel that is nearest to the train station. Berjaya is just a 1-2 mins away from Bayswater Station and 4-5 mins away from Queensway Station and bus stops are all around. Walking distance to most major attractions. Room wise is just perfect for a single occupancy, huge toilet and my room came with the best street/city view. Staffs are friendly and attentive and is always on the front desk whenever you need them. Near to every eateries you wished for especially halal foods. Worth returning.

We used the room service two nights and the burgers were very good, it’s a shame that the menu isn’t a larger selection. But we chose the same food both times as it was so good. I booked the hotel as I had an operation nearby in The Cleveland Clinic so my husband stayed all 3 nights and I stayed the 1st & 3rd
Excellent location, right next to St Paul Cathedral and 2-3 mins walk away from St Paul station. The area is clean and safe, with quite a number of restaurants around.
Hotel staff are friendly.
We only found out hotel will provide pet bed and other amenities when traveling with fury. So far, all of us enjoy our stay with CQ.
Hotel was very cozy. I stayed in the studio room and the layout was so comfortable. The bathtub and shower area is very deep and spacious. Everything has a luxury design feel to it, which is worth every penny I spent. Bath products were also absolutely amazing, staff were quick to refill anything missing.
The services were good. Room service made a few errors and the TV didn’t function properly, but I was quickly reassured by their manager for a fix and reasonable compensation. The attitude is very welcoming. Overall a very comfortable stay and an excellent experience.
The junior suite is really nice room. A lot of storage spaces. The most impressive thing is, the toilet got bidet. Its suites Malaysian people.

PPengguna TetamuBe careful of being unknowingly charged with a ‘discussionary charge of tips’ (supposed to be A Conpulsory charge of tips, don’t be fool by the name, it is non-discussionary) AFTER CHECKING OUT of the hotel. I was being charged with a discussionary charge of the tips on the credit card automatically without being informed upfront after I checked out and left the hotel.
When I checked out, i was informed at the counter that they were closing their account for previous day and they would help me check out my room and email me the invoice of my stay after they finished closing account. As a result, I innocently left the hotel since I thought a 5-star hotel would not have anything gone wrong. However, I was totally wrong until I saw extra charges on my credit card while not receiving any so called invoice from the hotel at all. I then reached out to Trip.com to request for the invoice that they have promised to send to me and it was then I was informed that the extra charges were from a discussionary charge of tips. I wasn’t happy about the way this was done hence I requested for a refund for this since it clearly stated this is a DISCUSSIONARY fee, not a compulsory fee. However, I was informed that this is a Non-refundable fee and my request was denied.
Out of so many hotels I have stayed, it is unbelievable that in a 5-Star hotel, I was forced to pay something that wasn’t even being informed upfront. In addition, with the fee name suggested, it is a discussionary charge of tips NOT a compulsory charge of tips, the hotel has forced the customers to pay it as COMPULSORY CHARGE OF TIPS.
In addition, the hotel services were very inefficient and lot of rooms for improve. We ordered for an in-room meal and we were told that it would take about half an hour to deliver. Hence we waited, and until an hour later, there was no update on our meal and we had to make a call again to check for the progress of our meal. It was then we knew there was a delay in the meal. By the time we done with our meal, we made the call again to request for someone to collect the plates, we literally waited for more than an hour and had to call twice before someone came to pick up the plates.
This shouldn’t have been the service received in a 5-star hotel and the worst of all, the hotel should have more transparency in their charges and should have informed the customers on the charges upfront before the actual charging. When we signed for the amount paid for the meal, there were no statement on the discussionary charge of tips at all, and we didn’t expect there would be as we were not even informed.
It is not that we are unwilling to give the tips and we did give the tips during the stay. However, it made us very uncomfortable that we weren’t informed anything upfront and it was charged to my credit card AFTER we CHECKED OUT of THE HOTEL. It made us feeling very unsafe to provide the credit card to the hotel as they can charge whatever charges they want after checking out the hotel. In addition, it is a discussionary charge, isn’t it should be discussed before I was being charged? If not it should be called a a compulsory charge of tips.
PPengguna Tanpa NamaOverall, my stay was quite good. The room was comfortable and the amenities met my expectations. The staff was friendly and accommodating, which enhanced the experience. However, I did find it a bit noisy at times due to the sound of cars passing by, which was audible from the room. This minor inconvenience slightly affected the otherwise pleasant stay. Some soundproofing or noise-reducing measures would greatly improve the overall experience.
PPengguna TetamuStay was great until I found out they took money from my bank for breakfast I didn’t take. I stated at check-in I didn’t want breakfast as I was at work early the following day.
I called the hotel for a refund, only to be told I need to send an email to the manager and they would check the cctv to ensure I didn’t attend breakfast.
IIanOur normal IHG Hotel was nearly fully booked therefore the price was prohibitive. We therefore took the opportunity to try for the first time the Sutton Hotel.
All the staff that we met either on the reception or restaurant were friendly, helpful and professional. The Hotel has full amenities including swimming pool, and although we did not use any, except the restaurant, everything looked excellent. Our queen’s standard room was ok but there were a few marks and stains on the carpet, plastic cups in the bathroom, no box of tissues and few plug sockets. All these things are noticed in comparison to our normal hotel at Epsom Downs. It is however true to say that this Hotel had a very good restaurant on sight which Epsom does not. Therefore there is no doubt we will certainly stay here again in the future.

Overall, the hotel is clean and tidy. The size of room is acceptable . There are supermarket, Macdonald, KFC, Starbucks, Subways nearby.

Staff were lovely and helpful. Second time staying and would stay again! Access to the Heathrow pods was super convenient too
PPengguna TetamuHotel staff are very welcoming and helpful. The hotel is located perfectly for a visit to West Field shopping complex, 5 minutes walk away. The room we booked was the lowest priced available without breakfast included. It was clean and well presented as you expect for a Hilton. Tea and coffees provided as well as a fridge. The bathroom looked tired with heavy wear around the lower door and skirting given an appearance of shabbiness. That said it was clean. Also thankfully it wasn’t cold outside ( just wet ) as the heating wasn’t functioning.

CChris134I'll give this hotel top whack, this time. Check-in is always very professional and the TV was working! My only regret is only booking one night as the breakfast is so good. I was in a bit of a hurry and wish I ate more!
I sadly had to complain about some seemingly disrespectul guests in the middle of the night but staff were helpful in sorting it for me.
The hotel is comfortable and very well stocked, for the price, and is right near Paddington plus some excellent restaurants (including the Italians on either side just up the road) so very convenient. I hope to book again some time (I thought my last stay was last year but it was in Feb 😂). Thanks!

CCHEE ZHI YANGWe stayed in a triple room which comes with a mini bar, an electric stove and a microwave. Walking distance to the shops and stores, easy access to both tube and train lines at Hammersmith station.
AAngelI am writing to provide feedback on our recent stay at your hotel. While the location was excellent, we found that the hotel itself was in need of some improvements.
Firstly, I would like to highlight the positive aspect of our stay, which was the great location of the hotel. It was conveniently situated near various attractions and amenities, allowing us to easily explore the area. This was definitely a major advantage during our visit.
However, we were disappointed with the overall cleanliness and maintenance of the hotel. The rooms appeared to be in need of a deep cleansing, as there were noticeable stains on the carpets and walls. Additionally, the furniture and fixtures seemed worn out and outdated. A fresh coat of paint and new beds would greatly enhance the overall appearance and comfort of the rooms.
Furthermore, we found the lack of a welcoming lobby person to be quite disappointing. Upon arrival, we were not greeted or assisted by any staff members. This lack of hospitality made us feel unwelcome and left a negative impression.
In conclusion, while the location of the hotel was excellent, we believe that improvements are necessary to enhance the overall guest experience. A thorough cleaning, along with updates to the rooms and furniture, would greatly improve the comfort and aesthetics of the hotel. Additionally, having a friendly and welcoming lobby person would contribute to a more positive and enjoyable stay.
P.S. positive side- I truly appreciate the staff at the hotel who made the effort to move us to a more convenient floor. Additionally, it's always a pleasant experience when the breakfast lady is friendly and accommodating.
