Hotel berhampiran Lift 109, London

Un hotel acogedor, bien ubicado. Buen transporte cerca. Muy tranquilo. Habitaciones pequeñas pero acogedoras y limpias. Personal amable y nos permitieron guardar nuestras maletas durante la mañana del check out para recorrer aún más. La acústica entre habitaciones es mala pero en general no hubo mucho ruido. Te dejan de cortesía un hervidor eléctrico con te, café y chocolate para preparar.

We stayed here a few years ago and thought at the time it was 'okay'. It must've had a revamp since then because I found it had really improved. The room was laid out well to give plenty of space and the beds were comfortable. My friend took first shower and said it took a while to warm up but it was fine when I got in. Everything was spotlessly clean and we had a really good nights sleep. We arrived quite late and there was still someone on reception who checked us in quickly. It's a bit far out from the city centre but worked well for us for one night. Would stay here again!

Fantastic hotel overlooking Hyde Park Corner. Great service and everything you want/need in a London hotel. We used the 25 m pool and there was only one other person using it at the same time as us. We felt the whole stay was one of our better ones in London.

Booked the Mayfair floor 1 bedroom suite. Room was very well maintained a few times a day by the housekeeping staff- in the morning, as well as evenings for turndown service, where they fix the smallest things to ensure a smooth stay. Breakfast in the hotel was great, and the additional a la carte item for diamond members was excellent, and the cherry on top.

Localização: O hostel fica em uma excelente localização, próximo da estação Lambeth North, comércios variados aos arredores e é possível ir andando aos principais pontos turísticos de Londres, entre eles: Big Ben, London Eye, Westminster Abbey... Estrutura: A local é bem conservado, logo na entrada possui um pub bem aconchegante, onde também servem lanches e petiscos e há uma pequena área externa com mesas. Nos andares superiores encontram-se os dormitórios e os banheiros compartilhados (1 por andar). Comodidades: O hostel não possui elevador, que pode ser um problema para quem chega com muitas malas, os lockers dos dormitórios são muito pequenos (no meu caso coube apenas uma mochila média), mas para resolver este problema o hostel disponibiliza de um local para guardar as demais bagagens sem custo adicional. Os dormitórios são pequenos, portanto quando está lotado, se torna um problema para se locomover. Não há ar condicionado ou ventilador, somente sistema de aquecimento, nos dias que fiquei na cidade estava calor e os quartos ficavam muito abafados já que a ventilação natural não era suficiente. As camas eram confortáveis, tinham tomadas e saídas USB em todas as camas, no entanto não haviam cortinas e iluminação individual (para quem se hospeda em hostels, sabe que isso faz a diferença). Os banheiros são espaçosos e eram mantidos limpos na medida do possível, pois não faz sentido esperar o espaço impecável já que é compartilhado, principalmente nos horários de maior movimentação. O hostel não possui cozinha compartilhada. Conclusão: Apesar dos detalhes apontados, voltaria a me hospedar novamente, o conforto e a estrutura oferecidos pelo hostel e a localização são compatíveis com o valor pago.

From the moment we arrived until we left the hotel, it was another memorable stay at the Park Plaza Westminster. The friendly welcome, the decor, the spacious room, the views, everything was just wonderful. A great location to base yourself with a short walk to the tube station for connections all over London. The Mandara Spa, lovely pool to relax and unwind. We will of course be back as soon as possible. Thank you again for looking after us!

Staff were amazing upon arrival and during our entire stay. Concierge go above and beyond. Location couldn’t be better. Rooms were comfortable though lighting could be better. Turndown service was a nice touch. Lifetime titanium and no upgrade on either of the rooms booked. Luggage room for drinks is a must! Great atmosphere and staff. Ate at restaurant for breakfast one morning, everything was wonderful. The only thing that was not on par was the M Lounge.. comfortable room on basement floor, staff there as well were very friendly but the morning selections were cold. Eggs, sausage, bacon all cold. The food is put in the warmers warm but the warmers are not plugged in to keep food warm? That was the only downfall. I might stay at another property in same area next time.

The location is wonderful, only 5 minutes from Earl’s Court train station. We booked a room for 3, asked for 2 keys but rejected. Since the reception closed at 8, people need to use key card to enter, our daughter went out at night whereas we stayed in the room, the problem was the room needed to insert the key card to activate the lights. Finally the staff gave us a fake key card to solve the problem. There was no replacement of shower gels making the shower without gels. We needed to get small bottle of bath gels from the reception. It was a bit noisy at night in our lower ground floor room. Good thing was the hotel provided 3 pack of biscuits for drinking the coffee in the morning.

訂的1.5的雙床房，和小孩一起3個人住，房間乾淨整潔，也算寬敞。酒店離地鐵稍微遠一些，走路8分鐘，酒店附近是富人土耳其人區的感覺，治安挺好，在市中心，離海德公園也8分鐘路程，去景點遊玩地鐵也很方便。附近吃飯，主要是一些酒店裡的高級餐廳，還有路邊一些餐廳，還不錯。酒店房價偏貴，但符合四星級的標準。

The location is really good and quite safe. Service, really depends, some are friendly and helpful, esp. ladies in the restaurant. Some are just the opposite🙂 However, facility can be quite bad and it looks the oldest compare with other hotel in same area. Do not choose the random room, they will give your the worst which is dusty and musty. When you let them know the door lock is broken and windows are cracked, the reply will be “it is normal, our windows crack sometimes. It is not a problem.” There is no air-con for most of the rooms, unless you live in basement which windows cannot be opened. You can ask for a fan and you can get it if available and they remember your request🙂 My suitcase zipper was broken after living in one night, but the lock still working so nothing lost luckily.
