Hotels Near Mudchute Park and Farm in London

The staff was very welcoming, friendly, helpful & courteous. The hotel was easy to find and within close proximity of restaurants & bars. The room was spacious and well kept, bathroom was clean as well. I would definitely book this hotel again & recommend it to anyone. Had breakfast on property once and that was great as well.

Booked one night for a wedding. It's a nice boutique hotel, one of the cheaper options at the time for the area – but still London price range. Located in Wood Wharf, a newer area of Canary Wharf there was a lot of construction nearby and thus a few roads were closed. There's a Dishoom next door as well as the hotel's own restaurant which I did not try. Also a few coffee shops and other restaurants opposite the hotel and Amazon Fresh (self-serve store) was across the road. For London hotels, expect the amenities to be mediocre. Surprisingly, there was free bottled water in the room, unfortunately, it tasted like the cardboard it came in. Shower was good, was powerful and the hot water was sufficient. Thankfully, the shampoo and conditioner was not 2 in 1, but the body wash and hand wash was. Room overall was cramped, no room for a medium sized suitcase, I had a cabin sized suitcase and needed to keep it closed to be able to walk around the room. Mattress and pillows are on the very very soft side. A little disappointing that check-in is so late and strictly at 3pm and check-out is so early at 11am. I only stayed 1 night it so really felt how short it was. Didn't interact with staff so much, but nothing out of the ordinary. TV services was strangely cut-off after 1am - not sure if just by coincidence, but it came back on in the morning. Super close to Canary Wharf station so that was nice. Pretty much what was expected of an average London hotel, but if you've travelled to Asia or maybe even Europe you'll know there's still a lot of room for improvement/comparison especially in the cost-performance index.

I was looking forward to the stay. However when I arrived on Thursday, 16th May around 9:00PM I was told by both receptionists that I had two rooms booked when only one was booked. I booked twice through another party and cancelled both and showed this to them on the app, clearly showing cancellations. They weren't really interested and said it was not their problem but mine! The said that I would be charged a no-show fee after midnight for the room, which would be about £300. I told them several times that I had proof of cancellation but they did not accept this. The told me to call the agents myself and sort it out. I had to send a message and call the agents at this time of night. Fortunately the agency was extremely helpful and said emails had been sent to the property indicating the cancellations and not to worry (unlike the two girls at reception). They then promised to contact the hotel directly and inform them. About 20 mins after sorting it out, the duty manager called me and said that it was sorted, I told them I had already sorted it myself after being told to by those two girls at reception. So it looked like the oversight was the hotel itself, not me, nor the agency. The agency also tried to call them to speak about the issue but nobody picked up the phone, even though there were two on duty and it was quiet. NOT the nicest or friendliest welcome to a hotel at all!! Aside from this, the room had a great view from the 25th floor, bed was not very comfortable and small. Staff were mostly nice, but some were miserable. All the other reception staff we spoke to were lovely. Breakfast was alright. Best thing about the hotel is the views really. I think if I hadn't had such an uncaring welcome, it wouldn't have tarnished my overall view.

The new hotel is located between 2 stations Deptford and Cutty Sark either of those has to walk 10 min. I got off Deptford, and it looked a bit rough, they have self-checking and the staff was nice and the room was decent.

This hotel was much nicer than expected. It is easy to get to and is less than 10 minutes walk from North Grenwich underground station. The hotel staff are very welcoming. Check in was quick although at first they told me the room wasn't paid. After checking again they confirmed that it was. The hotel has a mix of bars and restaurants. I used th Market Brasserie and had the set menu for dinner which was amazing. This is also where they offer an extensive breakfast. The room was very comfortable and modern with nice lighting controls such as night lights, lamp mode etc. The room has nice a nice choice of hot drinks and bottled water. The bathroom had a shower and a bath with complimentary bath robes. The shower was amazing! The beds are comfortable although the pillows were slightly too soft for me. There is a samsung tv in the room which has some apps. You can also cast to the tv from your mobile. The room has modern and easy to use air con/heating controls. The bonus for me is that the air-conditioning actually works as we stayed in the summer. The bonus for us was that you can walk directly from the hotel to the O2 using a corridor. This was great for getting to the arena before and after a show. A must stay for anyone in the area.

Due to work, I had to check in at the hotel in the middle of the night. I was a bit worried that it might be inconvenient for the front desk staff, but they were not only professional but also incredibly friendly, making me feel truly welcome. Even at such a late hour, their warm service was evident, and I really appreciate their dedication!

1st night. Aircon weren't working, no other rooms were available. Gave an extra fan and 1 drink per person, promised a refund as compensation that never happened. 2nd night. They switch us to different room with working aircon, but then wanted us to pay again. We paid upfront and had to show bank statements to proof payment and we them to resolve with agent. Stay was pleasant enough but won't return to this hotel.

We had a wonderful stay at this apartment for a week as the location is perfect and our room is spacious. We can cook our meals. We enjoy our holiday comfortably here as we feel like home. The lounges upstairs are superb with stunning views on the Thames as well as Canary Wharf. I’m sure I’ll come back soon. Highly recommended!

Nice Hotel, Good location right next to Station. Decent Breakfast, Bar Area is nice albeit Expensive but this is to be expected. The breakfast in the morning is a bit chaotic they seem to run out of things quickly and not have enough staff on in my experience. Also you have to queue to be wait to be seated but not always someone there to greet you so you can be left standing there until someone comes which isn't great.

For us the hotel was quite good. We were there 3 nights. Greenwich station is less than 2 minutes away and takes you to the centre. Overall the hotel was clean. The staff was nice. Unfortunately, the breakfast does not offer a large selection. I was missing more vegetables and more cold cuts like cheese or similar. My son was happy with the pancakes. When an adult pays for breakfast, a child eats free ( £8.99 ). The area wasn't so special now. 10 min walk and you will arrive at Cutty Sark. Unfortunately everything was completely closed on Christmas Day, including public transport. That's why we only went for a walk near the hotel that day. The rooms aren't that big, but you only sleep in them and don't stay in them for too long. Unfortunately, the pillows were too hard for us. We are stomach sleepers and our heads were too high. We didn't feel comfortable without it, so we slept with it and this led to back pain. But that's complaining on a high level, because everyone likes pillows, blankets and mattresses differently and in their own way. There are supermarkets nearby. We always go to the Tesco which is 10 minutes away and bought water and snacks for the evening. We would book the hotel again, in contrast to other hotels, it was inexpensive and yet clean and safe.
