優點是離地鐵站近，基本出站馬路對麪就是。房間小，考慮到地點，倒是可以接受。但是設施一般，吹風機壞的，浴液的瓶子打不開，我不得不跑了兩趟前台處理這事。離開的時候，前台問我要不要給9.8鎊的小費，第一次被酒店前台要小費，而且是當麪要的，我不好意思，給了。但是心裏很不舒服，因為房費裏應該包括了服務，憑什麼再給小費？從前住店，最多給行李員小費，從沒被前台要過。還重複收取了房費，被我發現了，他們說沒收到平台給的房費。沒收到房費怎麼有我的入住信息？好在聯繫攜程了之後，攜程把我之前預付的房費退給我了。但是大家一定要小心。

進酒店台階太多，對行李不友好。而且大堂有一股咖喱味，房間特別小，乾淨整潔，但是黑乎乎的。衛生間還不錯，感覺有地暖，但是夏天，開什麼地暖。迷你吧很好，飲料很多，每天會補。可樂，橙汁牛奶都有。更建議一路之隔的cheval公寓。性價比更高，至少光線很開闊。

The best thing was hands down the location and starbucks being inside the hotel. It’s a very busy hotel though with many airline staff staying there. Queues can be long at reception and whilst some receptionists were very service oriented some weren’t very guest friendly. I had booked a premium double but was given a premium twin TWICE. Dragging my suitcases around after an exhausting travel there. I then had to downgrade to a standard double because I cannot sleep in a single bed. The bathrooms were both the same tiny size though the premium room definitely was more spacious. The standard room makes you feel claustrophobic.

Truly an experience. My wife and I brought my mom to London for her 80th birthday, as afternoon tea at The Ritz was still on her bucket list. She had no idea I booked our stay there as well, and the Rolls Royce pickup from the airport. The hotel itself is what you expect, the Luis XVI style common areas and rooms are beautiful, but what really makes the place memorable, are the people. From our first contact with Johan, and our check in with Giacomo, Gavin, Roberto everyone was fantastic throughout our stay. The amount of time that the folks at reception are willing to spend just chatting and sharing stories with you is something you just don't find elsewhere. Many thoughtful interactions with my mom as the whole place seemed to know her big birthday was coming up. It was the experience of a lifetime. Thank you everyone at the Ritz for making it happen.

As a seasoned Diamond Elite traveller with IHG, I thought the rooms were dated and could do with an little upgrade. Simple things like USB plugs, which are pretty standard in most IHG hotels etc. Our initial room was on the 5th floor and we were not advised the A/C was not working. A short phone call with Swathy and she sorted us out with an alternative room….Great service. Just a note to add - you can here the tube line if you’re on the lower floors, so bear that in mind if you’re a light sleeper.

Overall great experience, all though the room is small the layout has considered the limited space and it doesn’t feel too crowded. The interior feels very new and fresh. Location is great in a very cosy part of London. Only negative thing was the shower temperature could not be adjusted. Overall would come back and definitely recommend to stay here

My wife and I stayed at the Fraser Suites Queens Gate for 6 nights. There are big plusses and minuses for this hotel. On the positive side, the staff were incredibly friendly and always tried to be as helpful as possible. In addition, the room was well furnished, very clean, and large. The continental breakfast was fine, with lots of choices. The location of the hotel is perfect. Unfortunately, within a few hours of our arrival, water started dripping from the ceiling in our room (over the kitchen sink). I contacted the staff, and we were given another room. However, our biggest problem was the air-conditioning. It was broken throughout the hotel when we arrived and did not work well when it was fixed a few days later. The staff acknowledged the problem and gave us a large fan, which helped. Normally we would not have needed air conditioning, but the weather was unusually nice the week we stayed, leaving our 4th floor room somewhat stuffy. If it had not been for the friendliness and helpfulness of the staff, our stay at this hotel could have been horrible.

Fantastic ground floor apartment 1A . Small kitchen and seating area , mezzanine floor with a large double bed , seperate bathroom and shower . Very clean , super friendly and helpful lady on reception . There is car parking on the main road for 4 hours , but if you go down Queensgate to Harrington road , and use Kensington parking centre we got 24 hours for £60 . Ideal for Albert Hall , Natural history and Hyde Park , would absolutely stay here again . Word of warning though if you are tall like me mind your head , the ceiling is very low on the Mezzanine! I recently had the opportunity to stay at the 130 Queensgate Apartment during my visit to the area, and overall, it was a pleasant experience. The apartment itself was well-maintained, comfortable, and offered a convenient location for exploring the city. However, there was an unfortunate incident regarding a missing item that impacted my overall satisfaction. Let's start with the positive aspects. The apartment was beautifully furnished, with tasteful decor and ample space. The living area was cozy, and the kitchen was well-equipped with modern appliances, making it easy to prepare meals. The bedroom was comfortable, and the bathroom was clean and stocked with fresh towels. Additionally, the complimentary Wi-Fi was fast and reliable, which was crucial for my work needs. The location of 130 Queensgate Apartment was fantastic. It was situated in a vibrant neighborhood, with easy access to public transportation and a variety of shops, restaurants, and attractions. Exploring the city was convenient, as many popular destinations were within walking distance or a short commute away. Now, onto the unfortunate incident. During my stay, I noticed that my Apple Watch had gone missing from the apartment. I immediately reported the issue to the management, who assured me that they would investigate the matter. While they were responsive and sympathetic, it was a disappointment to have such an incident occur. I cannot definitively conclude that the housekeepers were involved, as it could have been misplaced or lost elsewhere, but it did leave a bitter taste in an otherwise enjoyable stay. I also wish they were more clean, there was dirt all over the windows, underneath sofas, inside the wardrobe! It is important to note that incidents like these are rare and may not reflect the overall professionalism and integrity of the apartment's staff. Nevertheless, I would advise future guests to take extra precautions with their valuables and consider using the provided safe or securing belongings in locked luggage. Despite the unfortunate incident, I would still recommend 130 Queensgate Apartment for its comfortable accommodations, convenient location, and responsive management. Just exercise caution and remain vigilant regarding the security of your personal belongings.
