It’s very clean and near the tube, a little far away from airport checkin desk by walking. The breakfast is good and with good service. Deserve to stay when you are catching up a flight at the early morning

Great hotel, near the bus station There are supermarket nearby and the staff is very helpful, the gym is small but very clean The room is quite small but there's a lot of amenities, tea pot, table, chairsand so more.

Lovely basic hotel with excellent transport links. We had a lovely hot breakfast every day during our long summer stay. Staff were clean and polite. The fitness room is clean and quiet. Sheets were properly installed with every housekeeping visit. This is a lovely place to stay when visiting London.

Stayed here 5 separate occasions in last 8 months or so. It’s a good hotel that conforms to Courtyard brand standards. The rooms are clean. I really like the restaurant here; the food is very high quality and the asian menu is fantastic. The staff are very friendly and try really hard.Please can we get cornflakes at breakfast; especially as we have other less obvious choices?! I will keep using this hotel for when I need it.

Everthing in the rooms and toilets, except for towels and bed linen was dirty and full of dust. The staff in reception in day shift was so unprofessional and rude. The soap dispenser in my bathroom was broken.Every single day, I asked them to repair or replace it and instead I get some liquid soap in paper cup for all my stay( 5 days). They did not renew any toilet papers or towels. When I asked them to renew it in one morning on my way to work, they said you should take it yourself to the room. I said, but i am leaving for work now! And the answer was, ”ok Ma'am, whenever you are ready!”. The last they after check out, i wanted to use the lobby WC, which was really dirty and again out of paper! I informed the reception to refill the toilet paper frame, and she brings out a roll of paper and says you should do it! I surprisingly asked: me? And the answer was, ”yes, if you want to use it!”. The breakfast area, the tables, the dishes,all dusty and dirty. All in all the worst ”Hotel” i have bin for this price! Dont waste your money there!

The MadDogs came here for just the one night as part of our 'Curry Night' which is just a hotel and out for something to eat. Mrs MadDog and myself booked an Accessible room as we would get two single beds instead of a supposed 'Double'. We ended up with what appeared to be two children's beds. If you were 13+ you were not going to have a good Kip!! Mrs M was thinking that she was going to end up on the floor. MadDog is a little bit larger so it was a bit nerve racking! Yes the MadDogs didn't pay the earth for our room, but come on Travelodge your beds (inc the supposed king size just aren't big enough). Seems the rooms are a bit too small and can't handle a decent sized bed. so..... .......anyways the room was very clean and tidy with a spartan decor. The bathroom was big but this may have been because it was an accessible room. it has just enough room to hold all your stuff for a night or two. The bar/cafe is a bit soulless. The MadDogs paid (£22) for breakfast rather than go searching in the rain for somewhere and were well disappointed. No orange juice even though we mentioned it twice to staff, lots of oven cooked bacon, two toasters that either just warmed the bread or cremated it! The best bit was the tongs to serve the scrambled egg. Yes seriously you needed tongs to pick up the solid egg which had the consistency of Nanny MadDogs bread pudding.... They have two very expensive coffee machines the turn out the worst coffee ever. MadDog tried two types but to no avail. Dodgy breakfast!! Was asked by the lovely ladies on reception if we enjoyed our stay. When we started to tell them about breakfast I saw their faces go blank and lose interest. The MadDogs will not be returning. MadDog says ”Go out for breakfast”

It's 5 min walk from the Royal Albert DLR station which is convenient but a bit far from central London. The staff is nice. The room and the bathroom are clean but small. Ok for a couple. Our room's window faces the London City airport and can see the planes taking off and landing. The DLR rail is just nearby. The noise is acceptable as there are double-layer windows. Just some noise is heard when planes taking off, but no planes taking off between 9pm to 7am
