My husband and I had booked at a different hotel and it was beyond terrible so at the last minute we drove to the Holiday Inn & Suites in London. The front desk clerk, Ricken, was simply wonderful. He quickly booked us into a terrific room and calmed me down. His kindness and thouthfulness were greatly appreciated. The rest of our stay was equally wonderful. Thank you to all the staff we came into contact with at the Holiday Inn in London.

Had to stay 5 days while grandson had surgery and had to stay in hospital. We didn't want any extra stress and our stay at this place was perfect and we did not have to worry about anything other than my grandson healing. :) Thank you.

I just got back from a hockey tournament this weekend in London, and stayed at the Days Inn. The location is great. There's a mall right across the street. Many restaurants very close, grocery stores, etc. The service was fantastic from start to finish! The front desk staff are amazing! The rooms are super clean!! You always find staff working hard to maintain the cleanliness of the hotel. I was very, very impressed. There is a small fridge in the room, which was great. T.V. was good. All around, I was very happy here, and would definitely stay there again. Thank you to the staff at this hotel.

The hotel is under renovation so there were no phones and supposedly a grab and go breakfast option. The bed was comfortable the pillows were a bit too full for my liking. Our ”neighbor” decided to have loud conversations at 1:30 a.m. - to the credit of the staff - they notified the person who was not cooperative. After another 30 minutes and a 2nd call the staff did reassign our room (there were no other king beds - but at that point I didn't care as long as it was away from the ”neighbor”. The desk person in the morning didn't know the details and refunded a portion of our cost based on the problems we had. So the staff is responsive. Kudos to them! The remodel didn't seem to be complete as some switches that should have been bathroom vents and one of the 2 lights did nothing. The power outlets were still holding multi plug adapters. The biggest issue with the design is that they are taking out carpet and fabrics which help with noise abatement... Toilet seats were not secured properly either. Whether someone will go through for a final inspection ??

Thank you, thank you, thank you! This is the second time I've stayed here for Christmas for ten nights, in order to visit my son as a Divorced Dad from the UK. I went for the suite this year as my son is 8 years old and we needed the space to play! The suite was perfect, beautiful corner bath and lots of space. Despite being very happy with the room, it's not the rooms that makes this hotel such a pleasure to stay in, IT'S THE STAFF! I'd like to name every single brilliant member of staff, so if I didn't name you, forgive me. Special thanks to Mo, Obi, Sanchita. See you next Christmas legends! A beautiful hotel sure to provide a comfortable stay for any purpose. I was here particularly on business and chose to stay here again having considered the following: - level of service provided, special mention to Greesha at front desk for helping me get the right room and recommending a CAA discount I never knew I had - cleanliness - amenities (though I was not able to use the pool, the rest were great - breakfast is well made and tasty, great way to start my day - great for business, printing services available which helped a lot - lots of parking, easy access - price - GREAT value! - location - conveniently located by all major amenities, restaurants, gas stations, highway, shopping (e.g. my main place - Costco), etc. Highly recommend!

Lots of history at this property- with a few million in investment this would no doubt be a premier Autograph property. Super cool displays throughout the hotel. Very friendly front desk and lounge staff. Parking is at a premium in a very tight underground parking garage.

If you are very budget conscious, and your only concern is a clean bed to sleep in, this will meet your needs. We checked in during the Brier so rooms in the downtown area were scarce. The only rooms available here were their studio rooms. One had a kitchenette and the other did not. The one without the kitchenette had a small fridge with a microwave seated on top and a coffee maker on top of the microwave. It was dark and very small. There was little space around the bed. The heater/AC unit was situated next to the bed. As it was very warm in the room, we turned the AC on. But we had to turn it off when we went to bed as the cold air was blowing directly on the person sleeping on that side. The bed was very firm. The other limited furnishings (there was not place to unpack your clothes) were old. The tub in the bathroom was very narrow and dangerous to stand in as you showered; it was an old fashioned tub with curved sides and a very narrow flat surface so you had pressure on your ankles as you stood there. The staff were friendly and overall it was clean. But, I would not recommend for more than a 1 or 2 night stay and then only if you can't find anything else or are looking for cheap accommodations.
