We simply cannot say enough wonderful things about The Franklin! We just returned yesterday and had the most amazing vacation and a big part of that was due to The Franklin. Staff are very friendly, the neighborhood is quiet (especially if you have a garden view), and the South Kensington tube stop is less than a 10 minute walk. We started off in a Superior Room which was larger than we anticipated and the only thing I felt was missing was a full length mirror. Bed was very comfortable and we greatly appreciated the complimentary bottles of water. We then got moved to an Executive Suite because the A/C went out in our room and that was also delightful. The steam room was a nice, relaxing experience. Everything inside was beautiful and clean. The real treat at The Franklin was the breakfast! This was included in our particular package and it was out of this world delicious! The coconut/pineapple porridge, avocado toast, and pastries were my absolute favorite. Hopefully we can be back in London in a few years and there is no doubt we will be back at The Franklin!

優點是離地鐵站近，基本出站馬路對麪就是。房間小，考慮到地點，倒是可以接受。但是設施一般，吹風機壞的，浴液的瓶子打不開，我不得不跑了兩趟前台處理這事。離開的時候，前台問我要不要給9.8鎊的小費，第一次被酒店前台要小費，而且是當麪要的，我不好意思，給了。但是心裏很不舒服，因為房費裏應該包括了服務，憑什麼再給小費？從前住店，最多給行李員小費，從沒被前台要過。還重複收取了房費，被我發現了，他們說沒收到平台給的房費。沒收到房費怎麼有我的入住信息？好在聯繫攜程了之後，攜程把我之前預付的房費退給我了。但是大家一定要小心。

Wonderful hotel! Now on our permanent list for future visits. Had a last minute flight cancel and had to spend an overnight in London. We had been coming off a long guided trip and wanted a cozy and convenient place for our unexpected (bonus) overnight. Booked room only hours before arrival based on a friend’s rec who had only heard about hotel. The staff (notably Benjamin) could not have made us feel more welcome and as if we had just arrived home. Hotel was cozy and charming. Relaxing welcome beverage (tea or champagne) in sitting room off reception. Also enjoyed ‘house special’ Martini in bar that evening accompanied by great complimentary nibbles. King bed room was perfect for us and sized as expected - 2nd floor back in a separate foyer from main hallway - not huge, but great space and good sized bath for 2 people. Welcome treats & personal hospitality note in our room. (Again, they only had few hours notice aware of our arrival). Turn down service with slippers provided. Wonderful location for our preferences and easy walk to SoKen tube. Highly recommend.

進酒店台階太多，對行李不友好。而且大堂有一股咖喱味，房間特別小，乾淨整潔，但是黑乎乎的。衛生間還不錯，感覺有地暖，但是夏天，開什麼地暖。迷你吧很好，飲料很多，每天會補。可樂，橙汁牛奶都有。更建議一路之隔的cheval公寓。性價比更高，至少光線很開闊。

The best thing was hands down the location and starbucks being inside the hotel. It’s a very busy hotel though with many airline staff staying there. Queues can be long at reception and whilst some receptionists were very service oriented some weren’t very guest friendly. I had booked a premium double but was given a premium twin TWICE. Dragging my suitcases around after an exhausting travel there. I then had to downgrade to a standard double because I cannot sleep in a single bed. The bathrooms were both the same tiny size though the premium room definitely was more spacious. The standard room makes you feel claustrophobic.

Truly an experience. My wife and I brought my mom to London for her 80th birthday, as afternoon tea at The Ritz was still on her bucket list. She had no idea I booked our stay there as well, and the Rolls Royce pickup from the airport. The hotel itself is what you expect, the Luis XVI style common areas and rooms are beautiful, but what really makes the place memorable, are the people. From our first contact with Johan, and our check in with Giacomo, Gavin, Roberto everyone was fantastic throughout our stay. The amount of time that the folks at reception are willing to spend just chatting and sharing stories with you is something you just don't find elsewhere. Many thoughtful interactions with my mom as the whole place seemed to know her big birthday was coming up. It was the experience of a lifetime. Thank you everyone at the Ritz for making it happen.

As a seasoned Diamond Elite traveller with IHG, I thought the rooms were dated and could do with an little upgrade. Simple things like USB plugs, which are pretty standard in most IHG hotels etc. Our initial room was on the 5th floor and we were not advised the A/C was not working. A short phone call with Swathy and she sorted us out with an alternative room….Great service. Just a note to add - you can here the tube line if you’re on the lower floors, so bear that in mind if you’re a light sleeper.

This hotel have some weird rooms. There is a small platform inside the room. A coffee table plus 1 chair on the platform. Then no space to put my luggages. We travel to Europe for almost 1 month. We have 4 big luggages and 2 small luggages. I can only open one suitcase and no space to open the door or walk to the bathroom. . After an hour negotiation with Reception, the Front Desk Manager finally let us to have a bigger room. Anyway, we are happy to be staying at this hotel during my birthday trip. The reception offers me an access to the lounge because of my birthday stay in this hotel.

Overall great experience, all though the room is small the layout has considered the limited space and it doesn’t feel too crowded. The interior feels very new and fresh. Location is great in a very cosy part of London. Only negative thing was the shower temperature could not be adjusted. Overall would come back and definitely recommend to stay here

Not as bad as some reviews accredited . Whilst not perfect eg you need to account for lift speeds up and down of half a day , kidding but it’s slow and of a tiny staff force juggling between the needs of many . Despite in being in a quintessential SW district not much of an English accent could be heard although the decor did make up for it . Location is its plus point . Views are not the best or At least the one I was given , but the staff will do their best to accommodate changes and requests including helping me to heat up ready to eat dinner pack I had brought back after a tiring days walk. There were many reasons to demand more from the price tag but given how accommodative the staff were I felt it necessary to ignore drawbacks and focus on the good points and in so doing I’ll label my review as “ Satisfactory “
