2024/04/05-08 Park Plaza Hotel in Nankunshan in Guangdong The hotel's meals are truly one of the best hotels I have ever stayed in China! They have put so much effort into my food, who cannot eat everything. The weekend there was really pleasant even though it was raining badly all the time. After I talked to the hotel and a manager for about 2 hours that evening when I arrived, to find out if they would be able to give me something to eat, because I'm allergic to several things, I really did not expect much. They said they would bring it to my room... What a pleasant surprise the next morning and the 2 other mornings !!! The most beautiful and most delicious food you can imagine!! Wow and they are far from cities, thus they prepared it with what they had!! 😊🌸🌻👍🏻 The staff were also so polite and friendly!! Unfortunately there was no map of the resort and also not clear signs. I couldn't understand the cryptic directions to the hotsprings the reception gave...😱 Thus I had to wait till the lights came on, then I could see where the lights at the pools were .. Perhaps they can put a "roof" or cover over some pools, then it will be more enjoyable when raining... Because if the rain, the roof swimming pool was closed, but beautiful view from there. There are so many beautiful nature places nearby to explore and fir hiking, but unfortunately the weather was not good as the rain was pouring! Perhaps the hotel can buy the ugly murals or ruins or half-built buildings that damage and interrupt the beautiful views of trees... It is really a sore eye in the beautiful view... then they can renovate and finish the buildings... I really hope one day I can go again!! But everywhere I have been telling people of this great hotel and will keep on doing it!! 👍🏻🌻😊

The room faces a good direction and is full of sunshine. You can also bask in the sun at noon, which feels very healing. The room attendant is enthusiastic and greets you proactively. Parking is convenient, the free parking lot is large, and the self-service laundry room is convenient!

The room is small, not like a resort hotel. The pool is small and stingy. The children's playground is OK and large. The breakfast is average, the ingredients are poor, and it doesn't match the room price.

I also experienced the infinity pool on the roof. I brought my own materials to soak in the hot spring in the hotel. Overall, it is good.

This family hotel is amazing! The facilities are complete, the service is considerate, and the check-in is super fast. The concierge brother finished the check-in in the time it took to bring a cup of tea. Kiki at the front desk saw that we brought children and arranged a room with a bathtub for us.
