The hotel staff were very friendly and the room was comfortable. The surrounding environment is perfect for a vacation, and the swimming pool is huge!!!! The breakfast selection was very rich. Since it was my first time in Huizhou, the front desk receptionist, Momo, was very enthusiastic in introducing us to all the hotel's recreational facilities! Thumbs up!!!!

The location is great, right off the highway. The environment is also very good; even though it was a weekend, it was still very peaceful. The mountain and water scenery is beautiful, and the front desk staff, Momo, provided excellent service with very quick responses.

Special thanks to Momo for the prompt responses and thoughtful services. I came during the off-peak season this time and got to experience everything. All arrangements were excellent, and I'm very satisfied! I'll definitely choose to stay here again next time; it's great value for money.

The room was clean and tidy, the bedding was comfortable, and the soundproofing was excellent, ensuring a good night's sleep. The front desk service was warm and attentive, the breakfast was extensive, and the location was convenient. I'll definitely stay here again!

Dora at the front desk was very welcoming and arranged room 510 for us, which faced the pool with a great view. The stay was very pleasant. The sink was leaking, and they offered to change our room. However, since we were traveling with a child and had already put on disposable bed sheets, we didn't want to move. We contacted Dora, and she quickly arranged for someone to fix it. Both breakfast and dinner were quite good. Although dinner didn't have much seafood, it was actually quite friendly for our child who has a seafood allergy, haha! 😆

This is our second time staying here! It's one of the Hilton hotels with great value for money. This experience was just as excellent as the last. The front desk lady, Joan, was very nice, and her excellent service enhanced our stay.

The room was clean and satisfactory, the recreational facilities were well-equipped, and the dining environment was pleasant. The service attitude is truly commendable. I hope your company continues to maintain this standard and shows further improvement when I revisit.

Dora provided excellent service, the room was very clean, the pool temperature was just right, and breakfast was fantastic. The best part is its proximity to Highway 218. I'll definitely be back to this hotel next time.

We booked five rooms for our family, and all the air conditioning units were blowing warm air, not cooling properly. An electrician came to check and just gave us a fan, which isn't enough to sleep comfortably in such heat, especially with children.

The room facilities are a bit old. The master switch on the left side of the bed was broken. I booked a Deluxe King Room with a View and a Hot Tub, but the hot tub itself looked really old and dirty – even my water-loving child didn't want to use it. I'd suggest avoiding the hot tub rooms. We only went down to the large swimming pool. The dinner buffet was very mediocre, though breakfast was a bit better. Some of the children's play facilities were also quite old, but they served to pass the time. The only good thing was the relatively good service attitude. Overall, my stay was very average, and I won't be coming back.

Environment and Location: Backing onto Nankun Mountain, with views of mountains and a river from the window. The gardens are expansive. It's a 1.5-2 hour drive from Guangzhou, Shenzhen, and Dongguan, making it perfect for a getaway. Rooms and Private Hot Springs: Even the standard rooms are quite spacious. The main highlight is the rooms with private soaking tubs on the balcony. The hot water is quick, and disposable tub liners are provided, making it ideal for couples or families. Pools and Hot Springs: There's a huge outdoor swimming pool and a hot spring soaking area. You can swim in the summer and soak in the winter, and the water quality is excellent. Family-Friendly: They offer a petting zoo, a mini-train, archery, go-karts, a kids' club, and connecting room packages. Even a single parent with a child won't feel overwhelmed, and the hotel's service concierge is very responsive. Breakfast: The buffet offers a wide variety of options, with freshly made rice noodle rolls, soy milk, congee, and roasted meats being highly praised. Packages that include both breakfast and dinner offer outstanding value for money.

The hotel's location is excellent, making it convenient for shopping and dining. The room's hygiene was well-maintained; there were no strange odors upon entering, and the air conditioning worked perfectly. The bathroom had a dry-wet separation design, and the water pressure was good. The staff were polite, and Dora's check-in process was efficient. The soundproofing at night was decent, allowing for a restful sleep. Overall, it offers great value for money, making it a worry-free choice for a trip.

The environment here is fantastic, with a huge courtyard. This large hotel offers reasonable prices, top-notch service, and excellent facilities, including air conditioning, a TV, a balcony, a swimming pool, hot springs, a kids' play room, a gym, KTV, billiards, and table tennis. There's also a restaurant and plenty of activities like a mini-train ride, bonfire parties, and adorable pet bunnies. It was an exceptionally great experience!
