Hotel is getting older but still in decent condition. Unfortunately some rooms aren't always cleaner, which could easily be fixed with some quality control.

I have a disability that includes sensitivity to light, sound and stress. My stay was to be one of relaxation, restoration and healing. It was, indeed, the exact opposite. I arrived burnout and in pain. Yes, my room was very nice, clean and comfortable. The view of the mountains was lovely. However, I was counting on having a pool for physical therapy which relieves my back pain and stress. I had chosen this hotel for exactly this amenity. It was closed when I arrived. Then the next day too. In my interaction with front office staff I felt resented for interrupting them when I checked in, and got eye rolls when asking for clarification or help. When I spoke with the Guest Services Director about the pool being closed the interaction became increasingly frustrating and heated as he took no initiative or accountability to solve the problem or offer me any options, compensation or solutions. Instead, I was dismissed with “It’s not our problem, it’s a third party problem. You are supposed to call your hotel for that information" he chuckIed. I felt humiliated and shut down for complaining. The threat to “have me removed” and refusal to tell me when the manager would be in just escalated the insult. That night my pain was increased by the tension of that interaction and the need to respond to seek help through writing, documenting, and filing a complaint about this. The next day I was exhausted from the stress and not sleeping that night. Memorable, not in the way you like.

The property was well maintained. Lobby was clean and welcoming. The checkin was easy and on time. The room is comfortable and clean. I did request that the room be cleaned during our stay and no one ever came by during our stay to clean. I was told every other day housekeeping comes by to service the rooms…unfortunately housekeeping never came to mine.

The front staff was rude and fyi for anybody bringing pets there’s an additional $35 per night fee. Tacky… doesn’t say that anywhere on the website. “Just their policy.”

Do not hesitate to immediately book staying at this property. The staff greeting was so kind and informative. Me and my pup felt so welcomed walking in the gorgeous and clean lobby. The rooms and breakfast are fantastic. Hot tub, pool, and gym are excellent. Don’t snooze on staying close to everything you need.

I was extremely excited to walk into my room. Its beautiful, clean and comfy. The staff was very friendly and greeted us immediately. They even have a little sign on the floor next to the check in welcoming your furry family. I will be back. I definitely got an awesome room for a reasonable price.

The staff was excellent. I recommend staying on the top floor as the stomping from the floor above us kept us up late. Staff did move us to a different room which was better.
