酒店的服務真的很不錯，而且是新開的，很高興作為酒店的第一批客人入住酒店體驗感真的超絕！超讚！特別是酒店經理艾瑞克從入住到退房，一直很關心我們國慶假期行程生怕我們睡不好辦理入住的時候給了我們蒸汽眼罩讓我們好好休息！太貼心啦！對長者也是關懷倍至！第一次感受到了陌生人的關懷讓我在隴南這個城市有了家的感覺！總能在酒店看到他忙綠的身影第一天入住時特別親切覺得這個小孩子很不錯有很高的職業素養！第二天在餐廳看到他在煎蛋煮麪真的覺得是一個多才多藝的小孩！給我留下了非常深刻印象！酒店的環境也很好，酒店很新，房間的設施設備也特別智能，他還專門給我介紹了房間裏面怎麼去看洗衣機的狀態，然後怎麼去使用房間的設備！對長者也是無微不至的關懷！酒店早餐也好吃😋！種類很多，當然還有隴南的特色美食！這個酒店真的是我的夢中情店！下次出行還會選擇希爾頓的酒店！我們一家子人真的讚不絕口！房間洗髮水！護髮素也不錯的！很開心第一次入住這個品牌就把我拿捏了直接驚艷到了我！總而言之這個酒店真的超級棒！期待下一次入住！

房間設施都比較新，整潔乾淨，用的佰草集的洗髮沐浴和香皂，浴室裏面有一個小架子可以掛浴巾，這點很細心。 枕頭、床墊都很舒服，標間的床1.35，帶小朋友完全沒問題。 中央空調基本沒有什麼用，設定16°，到早晨都是24°，打電話請前台派人來看，回答是正常的，需要的話可以拿一把扇子。。。😓 停車🅿️簡直是太太太不方便了。酒店門口的地面停車位很少，完全看運氣，停到地下負二樓，也不是酒店的專用車位，都是靠牆的非正常車位，行李還要自己搬上負一樓才能坐電梯到大堂，這個體驗感太差了。 酒店前台的服務態度很好，但是個別女性前台業務不太熟練，有待改進。

帶孩子走河西走廊，中途在隴南休息下。感謝前台美女考慮我們帶了孩子趕路，升級了更安靜的房間。 酒店比較新，裝修大氣，房間也大。酒店停車場層高2.5米，正好可以停下我們放了行李箱的大車。 酒店非常推薦入住！如果説需要注意的地方，就是外出吃有點距離，需要開車。但酒店吃飯就有很多選擇。
