I was extremely surprised to walk in my room and see the condition it was in for the price I paid. Most definitely was disappointed.

The young woman who was at the front desk was great!! Very friendly and professional!! Otherwise a solid no frills and fairly comfortable bed. Normal amenities. Thanks!

Had a very nice one night stay here. Very easy to access the interstate too. The staff was beyond friendly and the breakfast options were abundant. One of my favorite things was the automatic espresso machine that was available to their guests. We own a coffee drive thru and this was so nice to have away from home! Would we stay here again? Absolutely!

Pro's: Good front desk & service, great mattress, clean room & bathroom Con's: Small parking lot, dated carpet in room, noisy at times, nothing special but certainly perfect to stay a night in on a long drive.

This hotel was very clean and better than we expected. We only stayed one night, but this will definitely be our hotel choice in our future travels to visit friends.

The lobby was small with a couple of soft chairs with stains on them and the ambience was uncomfortable. Our room had an odor that made me cough when the air conditioner came on. Breakfast was okay. The parking lot was not well-lit.

The desk attendant that checked me in stole my credit card number and tried to link it to her PayPal account had warning from PayPal went to talk to manager and they did nothing at this point would not recommend this hotel. Will be calling the corporate office about this!!!!

Great room, very clean. We got there late so we were glad they had a room available. I would definitely stay again and would recommend it to anyone.

I booked the trip about two hours before my arrival. Best Western sent me a registration via email. Everything was good. Before my arrival, a bad storm knocked down power lines from Hazen to Lonoke, Arkansas. No power in either town. The girl working the Best Western gave me the option of taking a room or refunding my money. The room was a cool 70 degrees. It was a semi comfortable sleep. The next morning, still no power, the dayshift person had bananas and yogurt to give away for breakfast. Under the circumstance, the breakfast was good.

I was disappointed- different from advertised. Quality of room, especially the bathroom not all impressive. I can hardly walk my dog. Food didn’t look good. If anything good, it was convenient from the highway.
