Lokasinya sesuai untuk perjalanan kami kerana anak perempuan saya perlu berada di Lembaga Kosmetologi Negeri pada awal pagi keesokan harinya. Kerani lobi hotel sangat ramah dan mesra. Bilik kami berhadapan dengan jalan utama malah naik ke tingkat 5 pun bunyi trafik masih agak kuat. Pemandangan dari bilik itu bagus. Tempat letak kereta telah dikenakan dengan bayaran tambahan $16.95. Katilnya keras walaupun bantalnya cantik. Terdapat 3 daripada kami tinggal di dalam bilik yang kesemuanya telah disenaraikan pada tempahan saya namun, kami hanya tinggal dengan 2 tuala keseluruhan. Air dari pancuran mandian hanya cukup hangat untuk tidak dianggap penyeksaan. Mereka memang menawarkan sarapan pagi yang dibungkus yang terdiri daripada bagel kecil (tidak dapat dibakar atau dipanaskan kerana covid) dan keju krim, bungkusan kacang dan bungkusan biskut roti pendek. Secara keseluruhan, saya rasa saya membayar terlalu banyak untuk bilik ini untuk apa yang kami terima.

The team there is very service oriented and really went out of their way to make sure you are happy and satisfied to your standards. The Hotel is in great physical condition. Best Post Covid Breakfast I have had at a Hampton. Even the Juice Machine was dispensing real juice and not some watered down version. If you are near Long Beach Airport, stay here.

I’ve never stayed at a Hampton Inn before but judging from previous reviews, I made the decision to stay here. Indeed the rooms here are considered very clean for a 3 star hotel. The hot breakfast everyday is great and coffee/ tea is available round the clock. Service is great. No daily housekeeping unless u ask for it which is perfectly fine for me. Shower pressure works great. Parking is free which is a plus. As this is a pet friendly hotel, I do not feel that the cleaning was done throughly. There are still some stains visible on the carpet. However, it is still a very good experience compared to what I’ve tried in the 3 stars category. Will recommend!

Arrived at the hotel late at night and accidentally left my sneakers in the lobby. My husband went downstairs about 5 hours later to find them and ask the front desk girl, Janelle, if she had seen any sneakers. She said yes she did but she doesn’t know where they are. He asked if she put them in the lost and found and she said that it wasn’t her job to do that and that she wouldn’t touch those things. He asked why she didn’t call us after we checked in so we could come grab them. She responded that we were the ones that left them and it wasn’t her responsibility. I finally met him I’m the lobby and he told me about her bizarre behavior. I looked in the trash cans. I went outside and doing my shoes in the dirt behind a bush. I brought them into the hotel and showed her my shoes. I asked her why she would throw them in the dirt. At first she denied it then responded with I didn’t have time to deal with shoes. I told her her customer service was horrible and that she was lazy. She looked at me and said YOU ARE UGLY. I was shocked and speechless. We returned to the room and called down to talk to a manager. (Shock, no manager on duty for the whole weekend). The same girl, Janelle, said we were harassing her and she would call the cops to have us escorted off property. WHAT???? I called corporate and they took a report but never returned my call the rest of the weekend. I guess a bunch of rude, incompetent children are running this hotel and no management around to keep them in line.

Excellent service at reception. Room was all clean and very big, shower was good. Breakfast was very good, choice of cereal and juices, along with bagels, and hot stuff, sausage, egg and potatoes. Fruit and yoghurt also available. Plenty of choice for everyone

Lokasi hotel berdekatan dengan tempat makanan segera yang berbeza dan mempunyai stesen. Kami pergi ke China sehingga kemudahan ujian yang diluluskan oleh kedutaan berada dalam jarak berjalan kaki.
