Very comfortable! Just remember to bring your own toiletries. They also have printing services in the common areas and free lemonade.

We booked a one-night stay through Ctrip, with the understanding that payment would be made upon arrival. At check-in, the hotel took a $100 security deposit. After we checked out, Ctrip charged RMB 1,105 for the room. However, an additional $65.28 was also deducted from our bank card ending in 5496. We have no idea what this extra charge is for and have tried to contact the hotel, but haven't received any response yet. Also, could you please tell us when the $100 deposit will be refunded?

This hotel is super close to the airport and very welcoming, with its own restaurant and shuttle service. The staff are very friendly and smiling; excellent reception. Thank you, I recommend it.

This hotel is right by the airport, and their 24-hour shuttle bus service is super convenient. The staff also seemed quite experienced with guests who aren't fluent in English, which was a huge help. I felt really safe here because you can't access the guest floors from the lobby without a key card. My flight arrived early in the morning, and I planned to drop off my luggage to explore before the 4 PM check-in. When I asked the front desk to hold my bags, they surprisingly let me check in early at 1 PM (not sure if that's standard practice, though!). At checkout, after settling my bill, I was about to ask about the shuttle, but the staff member anticipated my question and told me, 'It'll be here in about 25 minutes. Please wait in the lobby.' I really appreciated that. Even the staff at the Starbucks in front of the lobby (some older gentlemen) were very kind.

I was charged $160 USD to my card for no reason a few days after I checked out, no replies from the property so far when I inquired. Th room was fine, service was slightly subpar as the receptionists were not very friendly.

Airport hotel with super spacious rooms and an incredibly large property! Highly recommend this stay for a great experience.

Noisy The front desk staff were terrible. They said breakfast was included in the room rate, but when I went in the morning, I had to pay for it. Different people say different things. I couldn't sleep because of the airplane noise. The shower didn't have hot water. It was dirty and didn't drain properly.

Travelling has always taken a toll on my health especially when age catches up; however beautiful God sent staffs like Jesus, Miguel and Denise from Front Desk literally took their 5 Stars Services from the heart to a whole new different level; when they saved me from my heart condition. I was struggling, they sensed it and helped salvage the otherwise disastrous situation.  Their impeccable professional services could at any day, any time, stand toe to toe with any top International Five Stars Hoteliers!  Both the Japanese and Thai Hospitality Industry have a lot to learn indeed, about modesty and professionalism from these wonderful Marriott courtyard hoteliers mentioned! Please accord them my deepest appreciation with some form of accolades. Thank you.

The room is very clean and the service attitude is good.

The room was OK. I've stayed there before and didn't have a bad impression. But this time, I never expected to be charged nearly $80 for just 12 hours of parking. It's shocking, right? It's the most expensive hotel parking fee in the United States in all these years.
