"overall service was good, the design was modern, and staff was helpful. Mr. Beymar was very helpful when i complaint about the noise from bar downstairs past midnite throughout the 3 nites, he requested a refund and i got the refund processed smoothly. the valet parking was a bit odd. it was diagonally across the road, and we had to drive it over (instead the valet person picking it up. we could have easily parked ourselves (without having to have a valet person did it for a 5-step away parking and having to give tips). room was a bit tight for 2 people (not much space left for luggages), but overall not too bad."

"Had a really good stay here. The staff were very friendly and accomodating, they were able to let us check in a little earlier than usual which was great as we had just got off a 14 hour flight and very jetlagged/tired. Rooms looked recently renovated, very clean and tidy. Aircon was nice to have on. Overall not much to complain about. There was a smell (cleaning/perfume/flowers?) which is mentioned in other reviews, however we didn't find this unpleasant at all and got used to it. Having the Airconditioner on seemed to reduce the intensity. Only downside is that it's a bit of a distance from tourist areas (15-20mins by Uber) so if you don't mind, this is a great place to stay."

"Hotel is right behind Hollywood walk of fame, madam Tussaud, TCL Chinese Theatre. Easy checked in and checked out. Comfortable bed and good shower pressure. Have coffee machine, coffee and green capsules provided. Unfortunately no free water. Overall is in a good location."

"This hotel is simply amazing! It features a trendy design style. The rooms, though small, are exquisite, with complete functions and facilities. When checking in, you can choose rooms on different floors, street - view rooms or garden - view rooms. It's quiet at night. The transportation is extremely convenient, as there is a subway station nearby. Places like The Last Bookstore and Angels Flight Railway are all within walking distance. The hotel lobby has a lot of leisure space, and the soft - decorated furniture is of high quality. The rooms, though not spacious, are quite functional and have a sense of design. The hotel has excellent smart features, allowing you to control the lights, curtains, etc. with a pad."
