The service wasn’t really up to the standards of such a wonderful, high end hotel. We even upgraded our room day of. They ruined our custom cake in transport from the valet to our room, despite the fact we gave them very detailed instructions. They reassured us that they’d be right up. I had to call twice to get them to bring us our luggage (and the cake) and by then a hour had gone by, and the custom decorations had melted off the cake ruining it. There was a lot of confusion on how they would make it up to us as I had to talk to three different people on the day and the day after who all told me different things. In the end, since they didn’t send us a dessert to make up for the cake they ruined and the champagne they promised was instead $150 off at the bar — thank god I called to ask where the wine was otherwise I wouldn’t have known I had the credit and would not have used it. Eventually they comped us the valet, upgrade and what they say was an extra drink we got at the bar that went over the $150 (impossible, we all made sure the math lined up) but the communication was a struggle and I did not felt appreciated as a customer.

I needed a good location in West Hollywood and this was the place. Just a short walk off Hollywood Blvd but in a quiet calm area. The check in was great service and my room was awesome too. Love the history of this place, it's what makes travel the experience it should be. The common areas of the kitchen, etc was what a hostel should be. Reasonable rate for being in such a good place and feeling so safe. Could not recommend it more. The Roosevelt Hotel is just down the street for 4 times the amount I paid here. Bus service and walking to everywhere I needed to be, All I can say is Thank you for being there for me.

治安のいいかつ観光するのにアクセスのいいハリウッドエリアでホテルを探しており、このホテルに泊まることに。 チャイニーズシアターも徒歩圏内ですし、アクセスは最高です！ホテルスタッフの方がとても親切でフレンドリーでした。朝食の時は、ワッフルを焼いてくださるスタッフもいました！スタッフ皆さんがホスピタリティ溢れる接客をしてくださったので、また機会があれば宿泊したいです。 マイナス面のお話をすると、 ベッドは綺麗でしたが、日本人の私にはお風呂が少し残念だった印象です。また、壁が薄いせいか夜は他の宿泊者の声やいびきが聞こえます。私は気になりませんでしたが神経質な方にはおすすめできないです。

You pay what you get, so don’t expect much. They’re a budget hotel so they make extra services such as early check in, late check out for $25 each. The room has a strange layout, with the sink in the bedroom, right beside the beds, the heater took a long long time to warm up the room and was noisy, but the staff was so friendly to us that she gave us extra blankets! The bathroom had bugs so be careful. All in all, if you’re only looking for a place to sleep at night to spend money on other things while traveling, you can stay here.

入住了3個晚上先說優點咖啡、冰淇淋、飲料喝到飽，送洗衣服不用錢隔天10點左右可以取衣服也可以送至房間，泳池是溫水的24小時開放，今早吃早餐時還有魔術表演可以看。 在來說缺點房間好臭…剛入住就聞到了，所以請櫃檯幫我們換房間，在換房後還是有味道感覺像是貓尿味。

Front desk warned us that 7th floor might be loud at night because of music playing from rooftop bar outside (which it was) but I selected it for the view, so can't do much complaining about that. Overall it was good hotel

La ubicación es inmejorable. A 5 min caminando del paseo de la fama. A 10 min en coche de los estudios Universal… Personal amable. Recepción 24h. En la habitación dos camas grandes, caja fuerte, una pantalla de TV enorme, nevera y microondas. Enchufes de corriente y tomas de USB suficientes. Lo único malo los precios de los extra. Una botella de agua 10 USD!! Mejor ir al super a comprar 😉

The place looks exactly as it does in photos . Their little bar area has no food . Which is off because they can sell u an alcohol option . So really it’s only a place to sit no vending machines . I spent almost $700 on two night . Parking was at a fee which I thought was very unfair zz your already making more than $300 a night . I compared this location to the Godfrey and Godfrey was the same price . I uses braces to walk . In California disability access parking is free and you can’t charge but they charged me regardless …. Which is against the law
