Amazing stay. We’ve stayed a handful of times at the Waldorf Beverly Hills which we also love, but I think this will be our new go-to Hilton property in Los Angeles as it’s at a much more attractive price point. The service was what really stood out. Extremely friendly front desk, bellmen, drivers, and wait staff. We were celebrating our anniversary and they upgraded us to a beautiful suite and provided treats and champagne. Pool was beautiful and huge considering the area. Food was delicious, albeit extremely expensive which is our only criticism of the property. We are excited to come back.

Magnífico Hotel en el Downtown de LA. Se puede caminar a todos sitios turísticos del Downtown. Muy buena ubicación en calle segura. Hotel de diseño con buena habitación organizada como un pequeño apartamento con su entrada, allí esta el armario y el mueble nevera. El baño está muy bien. La ducha es muy grande y los productos de Argan. No hay cepillo de dientes por poner pega. Terraza con piscina muy de diseño con buena música y buen ambiente, tranquilo y cool.  Restaurante principal muy bonito. La carta pequeña. Café Shop  para desayunar con productos sin gluten. En la terraza de la piscina también sirven pequeños platos y bebidas. Todo buena calidad y muy buen servicio.  Hay gimnasio y es pequeño pero completo. El personal es muy amable. Repetiría seguro. Magnifica relación calidad precio.

It was a Great Hotel, the location is great, very well connected to subway, lots of restaurant and fast-food around. The rooms and the facility is great, especially the 7th floor pool deck the staff there are very friendly, room is very comfortable and spacious, clean, have all amenities I needed, including the slippers which I used for the pool side. Some of the receptionist are very friendly, courteous especially the girl who extended my checkout time and the gentlemen Manny they made me feel home, also the concierge gentleman, I am from Asia and you definitely need people like them to make you comfortable. on the other had there were some receptionist who don't even want to smile, a smile cost nothing, it is because of these couple of them that the hotel might not get the guest back. Over all I will for sure come back again and there is no need for me to stay in other places, i use to stay in sheraton grand, but now I recommend this hotel and also myself will stay here again for sure. The host, Ron, was very friendly, very understanding guy. 100% made my experience comfortable. The location is next to Little Tokyo and the (new) Little Tokyo subway station. A lot of good eating areas around Little Tokyo. The sleeping/living area had very poor air conditioning. The bathroom and shower are quite rustic and gross, but that's not something I personally care about. I know other people are sensitive to this, so I will preface that I saw cockroaches in the bathroom. By no means is the toilet disgusting without being cleaned, but rather something you'd find at a bar downtown... Generally speaking though, the experience was good and I will be visiting again in the future. To emphasize, the host, Ron, really made me feel comfortable with being in LA.

We booked this as an economical option for a USC graduation. Great choice! Recently renovated, the rooms were updated, spacious and very clean. You are a coupe of blocks from a sketchy area, but a great option all the way around.

It was a cozy room (just right for one person) and the amenities in the room are well thought out. Sufficient facilities for the business traveler (meeting rooms, fast wifi, laundry rooms, etc). The area is not the safest (can’t be helped as it is downtown LA) but they do their best to give guests peace of mind, and it is very near to a number of tourist attractions. All in all a good experience and would recommend to other travelers.

Kami hanya bermalam. Ia agak bersih. Lif agak terlalu perlahan dan mempunyai perasaan yang menyeramkan tetapi ia berfungsi. Bilik itu sangat luas dan mempunyai katil yang selesa. Kami akhirnya meletak kereta di tepi jalan dengan harga $4 kurang daripada tempat letak kenderaan valet mereka. Ia adalah bilik yang bagus untuk malam itu.

如果運氣好被分到離電梯遠的房間的話，那我覺得還是會很舒服的。上次住的電梯間旁的房間，經常有人來回走動大聲講話，就受到比較大影響。這次還行。周邊總體安全，比dtla大部分地方都安全。

When I first arrived I was telling the guy at the desk that I had two reservations I cancelled one, but there should be another that I have already prepaid. Well he pretty much was saying he don’t see a paid room as I have the confirmation receipt on my phone in my hand. the lady (his co worker) reviewed my receipt for the room purchase and searched by my middle name. They found my reservation… okay, they were out of one beds. So we walk to our room and it’s literally a jail no city view, just a view of other hotel windows and a vent on the second floor. I mean that’s ridiculous for the price so make sure y’all checking the view before paying all that money! Remind you the guy already pushed back on me regarding my prepayment so was he being rude? I think so honestly. So I Go back to the desk to get another room with a better view because at this point I was disgusted, new room still have 2 beds but it was on 8th floor with a good view so I was okay with it, better than the first room. Going off of reviews and pictures I thought this hotel would be nice but it’s really old looking I made the best out of it but I would never book here again sorry not sorry.

前天早晨樓下一羣警察，電話給前台沒有人，因為拿着行李要退房，竟然前台都沒有人，都是警察，然後從二樓爬樓梯下來。樓下警察封路不讓停車，為啥酒店不和客人說下，差點趕不上飛機。 後來知道是流浪漢持刀威脅酒店客人，被警察槍擊，真的太驚險了。。。

This is not an hotel. It's a dorm that rents some of their unused rooms at an hotel-like rate, so you're paying for an hotel service without receiving it. Please, stop advertising this place as an hotel, because it is not. This place has no AC (something that I knew beforehand, and I was OK with that) but the room gets much hotter than the ambient temperature and the fans in the room don't help at all. It would be definitely cooler to sleep outside at night. The whole place is poorly maintained and there is a penetrating stench within the building. You can clearly see stains on the carpet and there was no room service. Management tried to keep a photocopy of my debit card, which is NOT OK and probably even illegal. Management might justify the current state of the building as it being old and historic, but I've been at hotels that are centuries older than this property and they were definitely up to a higher quality of service. If this would haven been branded as an hostal with reasonable prices, I'd give it a better rating without hesitation. But I was expecting and paying for an hotel and your property, services and prices do not adhere to that standard. The only upside is that the staff was friendly and tried its best to accommodate all my requests, so here's a shout-out to them. Sadly, that doesn't make up for the low quality standard that this place is offering. My advice to the management: You should either invest more on your property to elevate your level of service (I've been told that some refurbishing works involving AC installation are expected), or just stop advertising yourselves as an hotel. My advice to travelers: Downtown LA is full of weird people and homeless. Book this place if and only if you're having an emergency and your only alternative is to sleep in the street without a roof, and then move to a proper hotel west or north of the city afterwards. To summarize: Not an hotel, but an overpriced dorm.

Great apartment with totally amazing rooftop views and pools. A bit noisy neighbourhood, but downtown is! Nothing you can’t fix with a pair of earplugs during the night :) We had a car, there is a parking space next to the apartment building, but you have to renew it every morning at 6 am. There is a parking lot about 200m away where you can pay more than one day at the time! Apartment is a walking distance from metro, so it’s easy to move aroud also without the car! There is no reception, but everything went really good with keys etc. and we got help with sms if we needed! Everyone were so friendly and we had really amazing time!
