A little disappointed with no cleaning for our 3 days stay otherwise it was fine. Location is perfect, but parking isn't optimal.

早餐永遠不變，但也就是典型的早餐。房間很大，集中空調就是擺設。網絡非常非常差

酒店在歐洲來説房間算大，房間裏面很乾凈，服務要打電話去前台，就𠕇服務員及時提供服務。早餐還不錯，如果不包早餐，自己花十歐左右就可以享用早餐了。整體感覺還不錯，性價比高。是一個可以值得信賴的酒店。

I had a lovely breakfast with my boys, which at 10.99 and up to two under 16's eating free per adult is outstanding value. The staff, especially Sandra, treated us extremely well and went the extra mile to make us feel welcome. Definitely worth a stay or just a walk in visit.

It is a year since I stayed at this hotel so a new review is in order. The hotel standards have remained high. The staff were very friendly and helpful. The room was clean, well maintained and the bed was very comfortable. Excellent value for money. I have been critical of the restaurant in the past and I am pleased to report that those criticisms have been addressed. The menu is vastly improved and the quality of the food is much better. What has remained is the friendly and efficient service. If one thing stands out from my stay it is the staff , they really do go the extra mile to make sure that you have a good stay.

Hotel is well situated and easy car parking in opposite multi storey car park. Self check in did not work so has to wait for reception staff to appear. Room clean tidy and quiet. Restaurant for dinner, nothing wrong with quality of food but needed more staff - the poor lady was on her own with a full restaurant so was run ragged leading to long waits to be served. The bar had run out of J2O.

Come here regularly for work. The last two nights have been particularly busy. However the staff on shift were fab. Clearly stretched but so accommodating. Sayali has been fab over the past two days. Nothing too much trouble and all with a smile! Thank you!

Check in was quick and efficient Tamara quickly sorted out my booking (I had two nights separately booked) so I didn’t have to change rooms My room was spotless and warm The dining area was warm and welcoming and the Meal Deal is great value for money

Stayed here for a night with family and overall everything was as expected! From online booking, check in, breakfast and check-out: everything was smooth. The room was adequately furnished and the bed was very comfortable. The free wi-fi though is very slow. Good public parking facilities right next to the hotel (and very cheap too).
