Karin at the front desk is amazing!! Loved her. The hotel was great, service top notch! The gentleman that was working the breakfast area with dark hair was friendly and personable. The gentleman making the drinks at happy hour makes fabulous drinks. I would highly recommend this hotel to anyone!

PPengguna TetamuThis was the second stay for my husband and I at the Cambria. Our first trip was in 2022 and we loved the hotel so much we booked it again for our 2023 trip. Check in/check out was extremely smooth. The staff was very friendly and accommodating. Our room was clean and had all the amenities. There is on site parking and an overflow lot across the street. The location is great, so many things to do and see within walking distance. And our favorite thing about this place, the on site bar :) When it get's later in the evening and you do not want to walk the city streets or places are closed at 6:00, you can come back to the hotel and continue to have a couple drinks!! I highly recommend this place to all of our family and friends. We will be back in 2024!

PPengguna TetamuThe hotel is beautiful and in a good location on 4th Street. Multiple restaurants and bars to eat but be sure to set reservations. The beds were comfortable but the sheets were very stiff and there was no thick comforter. Parking can be a little confusing, more signage needs to be visible because of valet and everything else the parking garages are hard to see. We had a larger vehicle and had to use a different parking garage, and due to all the valet in the front part you couldn't see where that parking garage was therefore we ended up parking in public parking garage down the road. Hotel staff was good about this and refunded us for the hotel parking so we was not double charged.
One thing that I noticed that would be a big help to visitors is more signage within the hotel and parking garage. The hotel is very large and all the floors look the same so you can get quite turned around with which Tower you're going to or where the restaurants are located. For example, it would be good to have some signage inside the elevators so that you know which floors have access to which restaurants/skywalk.
Would definitely recommend this hotel and will be staying here again.

JJohn MichaelVery nice ”Boutique” style hotel in Nulu. Walking distance to many local restaurants and bars.
Room decoration was excellent - nice and colorful. But found the room a bit dark in the evening.
Upstairs 6th floor bar and lounge was excellent - server Lee was superb!
And a hotel suited more for leisure and vacation travelers. Breakfast service does not start until 8:00 am, and was on the slow side. And no in-room coffee.
So would highly recommend for a leisure stay in Louisville - would re-think for a business stay.

CChrisGreat stay! This hotel was classy, and from the look of it, pretty old. As in the building was big and extravagant. I've never stayed at a hotel with 8 floors before! Service was top notch, and the free breakfast buffet was excellent! Also never had a hotel buffet with bacon on the menu! The bed was super comfortable, and the only downside was the Louisville Airport next door. Once I woke up in the middle of the night, those planes kept me up for a while! All in all, a great place, and for only $90 a night, I would recommend this place to anyone wanting to stay at a big, fancy place, but thought they could only do it for hundreds a night in a place like New York.

PPengguna TetamuBeautiful hotel, great location, staff were very nice. I left too early to comment on food. My biggest complaint is the studio kitchen appliances; the fridge was beat up and dented, which wasn't a huge deal, but it did make an AWFUL grinding sound all night which prevented me from sleeping. I eventually just ended up unplugging it, which didn't matter since there was nothing in it, but would have been horrible to have to listen to all night.

Saya telah menempah bilik yang salah nampaknya tetapi pekerja meja depan Josh baru apa yang saya cari (kerana kami telah menelefon sebelum membuat tempahan dalam talian) dan dia meninggalkan nota untuk mereka memastikan bilik itu tersedia untuk kami apabila kami tiba. Menghargai langkah tambahan. ❤️

PPengguna TetamuWe have stayed here before to go to 4th street live. It is walking distance so that makes it super convenient. We love the rooftop bar! The food is great and its a fancy atmosphere with fire light and glowing furniture. The food is really good there as well. This particular trip however, we were going to see Willey Nelson on a Thursday and the rooftop bar (outside area) was not open and we were very disappointed, but our fault for not checking first. The breakfast was good and the two girls that worked the breakfast area were bad asses. They were super busy when we went there and were running around like crazy to make sure everyone was happy. Great work to them.

CCesarIt was a lovely comfortable stay. The staff was super nice, very friendly and extra helpful. I give this place a 9/10. Would give this place a 10/10 if they had Breakfast/Lunch/Dinner Service.
Other than that, it's an amazing, comfortable, home like place to stay.
