The hotel is situated a short walk from the centre of Loule. It is a nice, clean hotel with lovely decor and friendly staff. Our room was big, clean and comfortable. The breakfast had a wide variety of choice and was tasty. The only real drawback is the view from our room was uninspiring. Overall, I would definitely stay again and would recommend it.

By far the best hotel I have stayed in whilst being abroad. Immaculately clean and the staff are very friendly and helpful. From start to finish a very pleasant and enjoyable stay. On site restaurant and pool side snack bar, something for everyone. Excellent outdoor pool, on site gym and on site spa. We will be back.

Hotel mewah yang sangat bagus berhampiran dengan padang golf yang indah. Ia mempunyai bilik-bilik moden yang besar dengan pelbagai kolam renang yang sangat bagus yang terletak dalam persekitaran taman tropika yang sangat indah. Sangat baik bertemu. 3-5 minit ke marina dan pantai dengan Teksi/Uber atau hanya menaiki pengangkutan ulang-alik hotel. Alangkah baiknya jika mereka boleh menambah beberapa mi soya dan lumpia ke dalam sarapan barat mereka yang sangat lazat.

Just back today from a fantastic 10 days at this hotel, felt from day one you got the personal touch, the gentleman at breakfast was lovely and polite offering tips about the resort and made us very welcome each morning. The room we had was fantastic huge balcony very clean bedding and the hotel decor was quirky with its bikes and nostalgia items, it proves that sometimes the smaller hotels try harder that was definitely the case here. The location is only an Uber ride to the marina costing and average of 5.00 euros plus you can get to most locations from this hotel. This was our second trip to Portugal, but it was our first trip to the Algarve. We prefer smaller luxury hotels, but the reviews for the Conrad convinced us to try this resort. From the moment that we arrived, we knew that we had made the right choice. We received a genuinely warm and friendly welcome from everyone, and we especially enjoyed the fresh-squeezed orange juice as a welcome drink. Our room was exactly as described on-line and spotlessly clean. This hotel had the best shower and loads of hot water (truly the finest during 15 days in Spain and Portugal). Views were really excellent, but the food is what puts this hotel over the top for us. The breakfast buffet is top-notch and had a perfect omelet and gorgeous fresh fruit. For the gentleman celebrating his 70th birthday with this special trip to Costa Del Sol and the Algarve, our dinner at Gusto was everything that we expect from a Michelin-star restaurant. But more than the outstanding cuisine with exceptional presentation and ingredients that were perfectly prepared, we were truly impressed with the service from everyone at Gusto, especially the Sommelier. He was extremely attentive to detail, and yet he was so approachable, that we can't wait to return for a longer stay and another dinner at Gusto to get his advice and recommendations. This is a full-service resort that treats you like a boutique luxury hotel. Absolutely world-class in every respect!

Just back from another stay at this hotel. Yet again another fantastic stay as always staff are super friendly and nothing is too much trouble. Rooms are spacious and clean and the restaurant is very good, stayed half board basis again and the standard of the meals is excellent. Once again thanks to Tiago ,Pedro Liliana, Michelle and RIcardo for making it another great stay for me. I get asked why do I keep going back usually as a solo traveller....(9 visits now in 2 years) simple answer the excellent friendly and professional service that you all provide keep up the good work and thanks again

Located in Alfontes in the Algarve Region, 13 km from Albufeira, casa belaventura boasts an outdoor pool and sun terrace. All rooms come with a flat-screen TV. Lagos is 48 km from casa belaventura, while Faro is 23 km from the property. The nearest airport is Faro Airport, 21 km from casa belaventura.

We had an exceptional stay at Viceroy. Very welcoming, every person in the hotel was friendly and helpful. We stayed at Tivoli Carvoeiro and had a not so nice welcome so this made us wish we were back at Viceroy at Ombria where we felt at home. The rooms are beautiful, the golf course is probably one of the best and enjoyable we have played at. The breakfasts were generous with the best bread and pastry selection. The restaurant has a great selection of dishes and their own pizza oven. I recommend the pizza, very delicious. A knowledgeable sommelier helped us taste some really tasty wines. I would definitely recommend and we will return next year for sure!

Service was brilliant, apart from when groups arrived and then we felt a bit ignored. Hotel is nice and spacious, and rooms a good size. The hotel did have a corporate, conference feel about it so it depends what you are looking for in a stay. Breakfast was great and plenty of fresh food. The free taxi to the Marina worked fine, although you had to book (and can only book on the day). The only times available, though, ware 11 am, 6pm and 7 pm, so we ended up using Ubers to get back in the evening. (between 5 and 8 Euros so not too bad). They don't have as many restaurants as some hotels so the marina is the easy answer for food. The onsite Thai restaurant was really nice and worth a treat one evening. Overall a nice weeks stay in the sun which is what we wanted.
