The location was perfect with only a 5 minute walk to the shops and restaurants and a 15 minute walk to the sanctuary of our lady of lourdes . The rooms were very clean and tidy . They knew that I would be coming late and beautifully planned ahead and emailed me saying how I can enter and retrieve my room keys . I had a great time with my family here😁

Location wise is great 👍 just 4min walk from airport shuttle bus stop(right across Paradis Hotel) payable only by card €3 15min rides. Room cleanliness: we walk barefoot around the room and our feet turned black with dirt within seconds. Seems the floor isn’t cleaned for so long but the rest of toilets, beddings and kitchen utensils is clean and complete. Bed is comfy. Sadly, we had to cut short our stay 1night only and rush back home. Thanks goodness this place have lifts for disability/elderly person. 🤩

The reception service was prompt answering enquiries prior to chevk in inspite of shorter time of operation. The facade of the building is half run down and half little bit maintained. The reception is nicely maintained in terms of the presentation; the floor is sticky though. Although, when we had our breakfast they were mopping the floor. Breakfast is decent price, nothing fancy but your typical French bread, cheese, charcuterie. Room floor is sticky. Toilet/Shower is clean but shirting has signs of neglect. A little bit dusty. Bed is clean and so is the kitchen. Place location is 11min walk to the lourdes site. Thus this place is acceptable for a day or two accommodation.

Staff are friendly and helpful. Not much variety for breakfast but no issue for us. Can consider having a bidet toilet and provide either a sanitary bag or bin as well.

Really like that our room didn’t have rugs . Was very quite and simple.

Clean rooms, friendly staff, Breakfast not too much variety. Not good to key in password after 6pm in order to get into the premise. Some how will create in convenience if we forgotten password as not able to speak even we call.

Although the hotel is a bit far from the train station, it’s good! When it’s very hot in France, room air conditioning is very important so we sleep better! And breakfast is good 😌! Only the water power of the shower 🚿 is not strong 😅! But overall the hotel staff is polite, the room is large, the room rate is reasonable 👍🏼 You can stay again next time!
