Das Hotel ist ideal gelegen um die Grotte und den Wahlfahrtsviertel zu Fuss zu entdecken. Die Zimmer sind sehr klein und Eng. Das Frühstück ist in einer Ecke und doch eher spartanisch. Das Personal im Service recht freundlich aber an der Bar musste war ein Lächeln nicht drinn!. Das Hotel hat keine 4 Sterne verdient!

La résidence est (très bien) située le long du fleuve Gave de Pau et face du très grand parking GRATUIT de la ville. Garez y vôtre voiture durant tout votre séjour et rejoignez tranquillement le centre ville à pied. La résidence est très bien rénovée intérieurement et comprend 5 étages avec ascenseur. La réception est au 1er étage mais un ascenseur adapté au personnes à mobilité réduite est disponible dés le rez de chaussée La jeune Réceptionniste très compétente et efficace. Les Appartement sont grands, bien conçus et confortables.

We visited the restaurant, and the food and service was excellent. Actually the food was stunning and the chef had really gone out of his way to present good quality meals. The reception were very helpful with our enquiries and with shopiing that we did in the hotel. We did not stay there, but if accommodation matches food and service, it is definite a must. The location by the river is fantastic, and it is a very short walk to the sanctuary. The airport shuttle arrives/departs no more than 100 metres from the front door.

The rooms are fresh and clean. The beds are comfortable. Bathrooms are new, modern and clean. The receptionists, front office staff and restaurant staff are friendly. They are willing to help. The spontaneity to help is welcoming and refreshing. The hotel is 6 minutes walk to the sanctuary. It is located in a quiet road but near shops and restaurants as well. It was a comfortable stay and we will stay here again.

The hotel is really near the station so it's really eazy for people who visited Lourdes for the first time. You just need to cross the street. The interiors look really nice and the staff are friendly. The room is also nice and big enough. It also near the Sanctuary, you only need to walk a couple of minutes.
