酒店很大，標準五星度假酒店！設施不錯！但是有的地方有待改進！好的方面不説了，説説不足吧 1.房間有一點淡淡的裝修的味道，雖然裝修材料不錯，但是希望在淡季可以開門開窗通風！ 2.房間雖然很新，但是我們一個房間的插座完全不能用！沒有電，工作人員來修了一個小時，衹是有一個插頭有電，一個房間一個插頭怎麼夠用？燒水，電腦手機充電等等，也沒有幫換房，也沒提出補償！硬件有問題，服務不到位！另一個房間洗澡地面大理石裂開，那大口子，要割破腳丫子酒店估計也不會賠償！ 3.温泉水礦物質含量低，和廬江巢湖的沒法比！温泉台階很多，不是很友好，而且換衣服的地方一股湊腳丫味！ 4.工作人員不規範，懶！早餐人多，翻枱收拾不積極，不乾淨，邊幹活邊聊天，食物補充不上來，去温泉不遠，但是不願意開電動車送，讓客人走過去！早飯住大別墅的小童照樣收費！兩千的房費，一個小孩早餐還嘟嘟逼人！沒有人情味！ 5.地下車庫充電樁很多，好評！但是地下車庫進房間要走很遠的路，好像走迷宮，而且地下停車場電梯出來晚上十點關燈，真是要命！ 以上問題如果能改善，那真的是不錯的度假酒店！
